Thought we would try again but as before the cheesecakes are so over powered with cinnamon that that is all you can taste! We used to buy regularly from here but will be looking for another franchise

They sell stale doughnuts. When you show them they are rock hard they don't care. They said it's to late you already touched them. We didn't even leave the store. Poor service bad experience

I picked up a cake for my partners birthday and the process was super smooth and the service was absolutely amazing! Even opened the door for me on the way out. 10/10 customer service!

Great family run business, rich flavoured cheesecakes etc. I highly recommend their black forest gateau or the beesting. Cheesecakes always on point. Again just a great place to get your cakes. For any special event. Will definitely return for more in the future.

Ordering process was a bit clunky and i signed up for a $5 reward voucher which wasn't applied when i paid via credit card online. I paid extra for a personalised birthday message on the cake, and when i took the chocolate disc out of the packet to put it on, they had spelt my daughters wrong so that was a waste of money too! Overall the cake was yummy but attention to detail and customer experience poor.

Have had many cakes from this Cheesecake Shop and it never fails to impress! Cakes are delicious and they're decorated so well. Always really friendly and personalised service. The new owners have done wonders - I will be coming back for many years to come!

Amazing customer service and product. All the cakes I’ve ordered have been done on time you can see they take their time to make them and they care about customers satisfaction. Ive ordered only from this place for the last year and a half every time I need a cake. Amazing place!

A wonderful cake shop with variety of delicious cakes. The staff is very helpful and gives you time to select the necessary cakes. If you want, you can buy half a cake or quarter cake portions as well. Design and quality looks so delicious you feel like buying the all the cakes

Ive never had such a delightful customer experience, I had a difficult situation with finding a cake due to allergies etc, and the girl that was working at the time was just unbelievably wonderful. Extra polite and courteous, opened the door for me and wore a smile the whole time!

Ordered a cake from here two weeks ago. Came in today to purchase it and was told I had apparently ordered an entirely different cake (the guy on the phone even repeated it back to me). I thought that this was the end.

Kat was luckily extremely kind and helpful - finding out they had an extra one at the back. She was extremely pleasant. I give Kat 5 stars, but the actual experience a 3 so it evens out.

Not happy and will not be returning. Very bad over priced cake. Chocolate mad cake was terrible I believe they put less chocolate in cake. Just to save money.

I bit disappointed with this store. We buy cake's here Offen but last week was the worst. The mud cake was tasteless it was like they cut ingredients less chocolate. My kids didn't like it. Time to go somewhere else.

Disagree with previous review of, snappy Thom”. Mate, take a look back in the past reviews. There is plenty of one star reviews which applied to previous owners and staff.
New management lift this shop, improved quality of products and customer service now is fantastic!
This place is much better now since old staff gone.

New owners are running the good name in to the ground, loosing staff of 30 years because of it.

Great staff. We have ordered few cakes from them for birthdays and we love all of those. Most specially the Strawberry fields torte is so yum. Their service is excellent coz I can always count on them whenever I need a freshly baked lovely cake even if I call them at the last minute.

Bought a cheesecake from here awhile ago, and found a hair in cake. Rang the store not to complain but inform them of this, and copped a mouthful of abuse from owner calling me a liar etc. Returned for the first time since and halfway in the cheesecake was a massive long hair. Not on top but inside. Won't bother contacting them again but won't be going back for third time lucky. Would give zero stars if possible.

Bought a cake today At 4: 45 and told the guy to write happy birthday on top and I was told the girl who writes had left that means no staff to service the customer
And asked if I can have any bag to carry the cake the guy said we don’t have any
But u need to buy one
Again a poor customer experience if you can not afford to spare a bag for the cake which you are charging $30 then I think it’s a poor business policy and strategy.
And I tasted the cake it was ok
Guys u need to brush up you customer service skills and for me never ever again to this cheese cake shop!

Crappy customer service. Walked into the store and no one was at the desk. Chose my cake and stood at the desk to pay and still no one came to the desk. I could hear someone in the back area but obviously what they were doing was more important than a paying customer. I ended up just walking out of there. Do better Hawthorn store!
