In what world is what I received remotely close to what the picture shown on UberEats? One of the most laughable representation of what you order compared to what you receive. First and last time ordering here and I should have read the reviews before ordering and ordered from the Prospect store.

Now since when have you started putting sultanas in the Carrot cake of yours? Who put sultanas in Carrot cake? I used to love your Carrot cake but now with my recent purchase I am no longer going to buy Carrot cake from you. One star is only for the Carrot cake.

Far and above the best cheesecake shop going around, put them up against anybody and they’ll take the cake! Especially Modbury. Incredible staff who will open their hearts and guide you inside, 6/5 stars

Ordered a custom cake for my grandmas birthday. AMAZING! Cake was exactly what I asked for and tasted delicious!

Beyond disappointed with this cake and the service at Gilles Plains. Icing was so thick on the outside, it wouldn’t cut through. Cake crumbled and fell apart when cutting. It def wasn’t a naked cake that you could see the cake underneath like in the photo. Disappointed on cutting to find the cake wasn’t even a choc mudcake as ordered. On returning to store and complaining the managers customer service was deplorable and arrogant. Smug and argumentative and not apologetic at all for the wrong cake being made. Refund only given after my mum refused to drive 120kms round trip to return the uneaten remainder of the cake - even though I supplied him 10 photos of the cake and the way we had to serve up crumbled slices to our guests. Do not recommend this store for your next event.
Best thing about this purchase was the box it came in! Shop elsewhere!

I went to this cheesecake shop for a friends birthday. I was politely greeted by the girl working behind the counter (i believe her name was nina). She was a tremendous help as i had no idea which cake to purchase for this birthday. We settled on the bee-sting cake and it was by far the most terrific cake my friends and i have ever had! Would go back here just for the service and the bee-sting cake! I highly recommend this store!

Very unprofessional and rude staff. They don't know how to talk patiently and with respect to customers. The lady was rude to me on phone and then later to my hubby picking up the cake. It doesn't hurts to smile and treat customers with respect. Never coming back to this shop again where people don't know how to treat customers. Shame on you guys.

Lady owner is the worst, no idea of customer service.such a rude owner that cake shop is running because or Afghani shop's customer if not then I rate it as zero.please do not visit when you see same lady owner. I have many friends complained about same owner.will not visit next time.

I bypass this cheesecake shop just to go to another cheesecake shop, and I live in the same suburb. Says it all really.

Absolutely horrific and disgusting customer service. Everytime I come in here I ignore it but today was the last straw! The older lady is has no mannerism at all.

The customer service in this place is disgusting. The lady yelled at my daughter to get out because there’s too many people then she proceeded to be rude to my other pregnant daughter. Will definitely spread the word. Horrible horrible people. Will lose customers over this!

The man who owned this business I think he is extremely rude. This cheesecake shop is the closest to us unfortunately so we go there frequently for birthday occasions. This old man is way to rude the way he talk is so unprofessional. How can people run a business when they can’t even deliver a good customer service. It’s a really a shame for a local business to be like this. My and husband avoid there to go now! So sad: (

The customer service is pathetic n very rude staff. They made my cake with different colour n not even appolegetic. The staff still had the guts to raise his voice to me. After the cake repair reality VS expectations. It's a hoax.

Rang the Holden hill cheesecake shop staff was lovely as I needed 2 cakes Delivered by lunch time that day to work with only an hours notice they were able to do this and cakes tasted great.

If I saw all the reviews before I went to this shop I may not have had such a great cake for my fathers birthday. I tend to agree that the service is lacking but I didn't experience anything terrible. We were greeted by a lady who told us to have a look around and ring the bell when we had decided. We did get the older man who is mentioned in many reviews but besides his broken English he wasn't terrible to deal with. Small shop, big variety.

Pathetic customer service. I have asked the sales person to put the cake in a plastic bad as I wasn't able to carry it otherwise. After paying $31 for a cake he asked me to pay 20cents in cash. I didn't mind paying them extra 20cents for the bag but you don't carry your own bag or cash or coins always when you are going to buy cheesecake. I had to Search all of my pockets to find changes because male sales person refused to accept card payment. While he was giving me the balance he told me Thank you and good bye! Even before I put my money in the wallet and called the next customer to the counter as he was chasing me away.
