I orded a pavlova and picked up Christmas Eve and it wasn’t nice at all. There was hardly any fruit on the top, tiniest drizzle of mango and thinnest layer of cream. The pavlova itself was sticky and foamy and the outside was chewy! It was just a horrible pavlova and we’ve orded pavlovas from here before and it’s been really good. Just so disappointed I spent $35 on it and no one enjoyed it Christmas Day.: (

Great selection of cakes on display. So many options to choose from. I ended up going for the Strawberry and Cream. My cake was very delicious and so fresh. The sponge was so light and fluffy and the staff member was so pleasant. Definitely one of my go to places for cake.

Extremely disappointed with the 2 cakes ordered for mother's day. Mud cake wasn't decorated on top, couldn't cut a full slice, it broke in half. Torte was an absolute disaster, couldn't cut it without it falling apart. Ended up spooning pieces onto plates. No thanks, no more. I'll go elsewhere

Disgusting do not go here for a birthday custom cake I ordered a batman inspired cake and got this absolute disgraceful cake all grey no happy 2nd birthday no images on the sides nothing all she could do was give my partner edible images to put on ourselves they ripped because I didn't know what I was doing supposed to be rainbow because my son dosnt eat chocolate he's 2 no decorations nothing absolutely fuming

This whole franchise has seriously dropped its game! All processed artificial tastes nothing like they used too from the sponge cake to mud cakes to cheese cakes all gross I won't be supporting the cheesecake shop anymore and I know lots of

Ordered a few days ahead of time for my son's 16th.
I'd left instructions in the comments of the web order to write a short message and to change the pink decorations to chocolate ones.
I called the afternoon of collection to make sure everything went smoothly only to find these things could not be accommodated. I was told it comes pre made and no adjustments could occur.
If staff had called to let me know, it would have been no issues and I would have changed cakes. Instead I had a cake with pink piping.
There was no apology or thought process to attempt to rectify the situation. Very underwhelming service and care considering the cost.
This is the second bad experience here (the other being that items were left off of the cake because they'd run out but didn't call to inform me.) Had to get an uber to get collect the missing pieces and again no apology.
Will not make the same mistake again.

Very disappointed ordered a cake on Tuesday via email confirmed the order on Wednesday for collection on Saturday arrived to collect the cake not only was it not made when they finally made it they added cream on top when we chose a cake specifically because it had no cream so we had to ask them to take it back and replace with ganache ended up making us late for the birthday party but the cake itself was very nice and the children loved it

Best cake shop in my local area. Prices are reasonable, and cakes are fresh and tasty. Staff are always happy to help and deliver service with a smile every time!

Visited today and organised a Birthday cake/Bee Sting for my daughter's Birthday. I was a bit disappointed to be charged an extra $25.00 on top of the $38.95 for a little decoration. Writing Happy 5th Birthday cost $5.00, printing a picture off the internet and placing it on the cake $15.00, and putting coloured sprinkles on was another $5.00. This is the Price of ANOTHER Cake I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but honestly this is an Absolute rip OFF. It's my First and will definitely be my Last. Fingers crossed it looks Nice.

Lemon meringue pie tasted more like vanilla cheesecake, no lemon flavour whatsoever. Very dissapointed and was so sickly no one wanted to eat it.

Every year on my birthday my husband buys a pavlova as a birthday cake and last year the pav was extremely dry. I thought I would give it another try this year thinking it was a one off but this year it was so dry that it was very hard to cut, there is no marshmallow at all! 90% of the pavlova was put in the bin where it belongs. No more pavs. Yuck

Inexperienced sales staff doesn't help the customer Can't blame the young girl comes down to poor management and lack of training at least product is good quality although quite expensive

You just cannot beat the variety and quality of products available at the cheesecake stores. Good product, great prices & terrific service!

The cake they did for my son holden theme brilliant looking even more delicious eating choc torte
