Belgium mud cake was so yummy. Fresh and you can buy half if you don't need a whole cake.reasonably priced.friendly staff member, seemed happy in her job.

I always have bought a blackforest Torte Cake for birthdays but this year the ingredients have changed it is eggless now and was hard as a rock $45 down the drain not happy!

Bhullshit service. I ordered my cake 10 days before. The day I went to pick my cake up.they said they didn't bake it because they didn't recieve any advance and did not have my right number. Now, I am left without any cake on birthday and guests are waiting. Even they did not give me any alternative. Never ever going to buy any cake from this shop.

I bought a chocolate cheesecake Saturday and I had two strands of hair my hair is black and long so I have no idea where the short blonde strands come from plus it was stuck in the cake I will not be going back very disappointed and grossed out

Ordered our sons 2nd birthday wiggles cake. It was amazing quality and the design was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cake tasted amazing. Order was done on time and to a very high standard. Very impressed. Will be back. Thank you. It made our son so happy and his birthday very special.

We picked the cake we wanted and waited while she went out the back to get it. I finally rang the bell after 10 minutes and she said they were finishing the cake. We just ate the cake and the chocolate strawberries were rotten at the top and even had white fluffy mould on it. Wont be back. Feel sick now.

The lady that served me, Harpreet, was very kind and professional, while being informative and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service!

Bought an amazing cow cake tonight and it tasted delicious and all the family thought it was very creative and the fresh cream was just like mother used to make.

Even though I was difficult and although I had to buy two cakes worth in quarters. I got what I wanted and love the result.

Disgusting customer service, 20 minutes to serve us using two vouchers and claims she messaged her manager when asked to speak to one. Then claims only the kids can use vouchers. Won't return to this one ever again. Get some customer service.

If you got all day to wait to be served then This place is perfect. The wait time is ridiculous

Absolutely atrocious customer service! Pre ordered cake with 4 people waiting in the line in front all with preordered cakes too. I was waiting 45 minutes before receiving my cake with 10 minutes waiting time per customer while the cakes were getting brought out to the counter. If cakes are pre ordered they should be ready for collection. When I asked why it was taking so long for customers to receive their orders it was due to the woman working on her own and having to prepare each order. Why preorder if nothing is done prior to collection. Will not return to this store due to their lack of service especially on a Saturday and their prices of cakes!

Had a sponge cake made for my daughter's 18th. Les helped me customize it and it turned out fantastic and tasted delicious.thankyou so much for helping make my daughter's 18th a special night.
