Absolutely disgusting ordered my sons birthday cake on line Friday got AN email it was ready Sunday to collect after 2pm checked website close at 5 pm got there at 4pm closed rang no answer other customers upset as I was there had to ring parkholme to quickly get another birthday cake for my son. Sign on door at torrensville said closed at 4pm sun. Not even the decency to ring and advise closing at 4pm, very disappointing disrespectful of this company. No compensation the day after

My partner placed an order for the cake. I have tried calling so many so many time to rearrange my pick up timings but the voice mail keeps on saying “ we are not available to take the call and you cannot leave a message. Please call back later”. What kind of service is that? Very annoying

Beware of the prices here. False advertising and incorrect prices on cakes and the staff don't seem to care. I won't be returning. Bad business for the west.

This outlet is one of the best in Adelaide and my go to cake shop for all occasions. Thanks to all the staff here who provide quick and professional service. The cakes are just fantastic and always fresh out of oven.

I went to cheesecake 2 times and they said that we are busy now, come later to give order for customise cake. Their baker came from inside and was rude talking like he was doing favour for making customise cake for me.
Then finally 3rd time hè accepted my
Order but then said we do less cakes and not happy making like we can't do this we can't change the chocolate colour and stuff.
I ordered my cake 2-3 weeks ago and when the day arrived and I saw the cake it was not at all my expectations. Not even looking good and he charged me $120.
Nobody in my party liked the cake and I was very upset. He ruined my efforts for the cake. This is not at all acceptable from brand like cheesecake.
If mangers at shop are treating like they are doing favour to make the cake for us.

Always buy cakes from the Cheesecake Shop Henley Beach. The cakes are fresh, delicious and tasty. Staff is friendly. Outside of the shop, there is a sitting area. If you have time, it's always good to buy a cup of coffee and a slice of cake with very good price to enjoy your day. Those cakes in the attached photos are my favorite ones.

Worst customer service ever.and by the way owner responding to all feedbacks mainly negative, he/she is not interested to improve the business. Pretty poor.

Welll what can I say, this place has cheesecakes of every dimension. Also on offering are cakes and Pavlovers. Situated on Henley Beach Rd In the heart of the Torrensville shops. Great friendly staff as well. Yep give this place ago I highly recommend it.

The guy on the counter he is not helpful at all and not suggest anything regarding cakes and so rude when I ask him about the prices

Good for sweet-toothed persons.
Very mild flavour of cheese.
Moist, soft and crumbly base.

It's not my favourite, but it's great if you're looking for an overvalued sweet tasting, light and airy mousse.

Mousse which comes in the shape of a cake.

The pavlova was not fresh and had a stale taste and the fruit topping was bit soggy all up it was disappointing which is the risk you take when buying cakes from this shop as you cannot tell how long the cake has been in their fridge out back

I called to Torrensville shop and I experienced bad customer service. The customer executive replied very rudely. We have bought a cake often from cheese came and the cake was good all the time. Dissatisfied with customer service that was served.
