2Just bought cake from this shop. Cake is very hard in texture taste very bad after one bite straight way going to rubbish bin.
The cheesecake shop at Findon, Needs to be congratulated for making people feel special. I popped in last Thursday looking for a cake for my wife`s birthday. There was a lot to chose from and I was totally confused. Thanks Ian you made my experience worth while. There were a couple of people in the shop but I decided to wait and talk to someone. When I got served I was on my own in the shop and Ian was very helpful. He took the time to explain the difference between the products. After a while I have decided to purchase a "Classic Vanilla Sponge. " I asked, is it possible to pay now and pick up on a Sunday. He did reply, it is ok and that the shop will be open on Sunday after 10am. I was very impressed with the service excellence provided.
Today going in to pick up the cake I knew I had to be patient as there were 6 people in line before me. After 7 minutes I was served, I handed the cheesecake shop docket to Ian, he went round the back and brought out my order. Now what can I say, Plenty of parking on Grange Rd or in the side street,
I highly recommend this place, Value for money, and service excellence. If you are looking for a good experience do pop in you will not regret it.
