I stopped at crystal brook on a trip and as i had a icebox i thought i would try something from a little butchers shop that caught my eye.it is run by three lovely ladies and they have a great country shop going there.service was friendly and the display is very fresh and enticing.the meats and sausages well presented and the ladies know their craft as quality is there on every tray.it took me back 35 years to my days as a butcher.just missing the smell of sawdust sprinkled on the floor.prices are not high and my 1.5 kilo boneless rolled pork poast only cost $18.it cooked to perfection in my simple glass cooker.soft and juicy with sweet meat.my next stop for sure when im heading that way again for sure.it honestly taste so good i had to write a review.ang the girls were right (not too spicy)
