The servers make that place so nice. Food is always good, or has been on every visit. Happy hour makes it worth catching up for a drink with friends reasonable.

Went to trivia night and had Bianca as our waitress and she was brilliant! Super nice. Food was great!

Food was tasty and well prepared but wasn't overly good value. We ordered nachos with beef brisket and really struggled to find the brisket! Not good when we paid about 40% more for the brisket.

We went into "Thank God It's Fridays" at Modbury on the spur of the moment last night, after not eating all day, and were welcomed in by Bec, who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable! Bec and Kyle served us throughout the evening and really went out if their way to take care of us! At the end of our Meal I went to put my mask on and it broke, and Kyle especially went and got me two new ones! They were both really kind! We enjoyed the whole experience, and the food tasted terrific (we added salt and pepper, but others might like it as is), but I have had to take off one Star because we all left still feeling hungry! The portions are very small considering the amount they charge e.g. $26.90 for a Beyond Vegan Cheeseburger (pictured), which was small with a small side serve of Chips. But the Staff and atmosphere are LOVELY!

Went there last Thursday and to say the experience was bad would be an understatement. Ordered a gluten free grilled chicken burger which was below average. Paid extra for a gluten free bun which was stale and not enjoyable. We ate most of what we could as we spent $50 each on dinner and drinks and were starving. The table next to us had raw chicken and ended up leaving after a manager insisted they were wrong. Another 2 tables besides us had issues with their orders aswell. Service was poor and I ended up with the worst food poisoning for 4 days. After our meal, I ended up within hours vomiting and extremely ill. Called the venue and they refused any refund or sympathy. Wouldn’t recommend eating here if you want to avoid food poisoning, poor customer service, and below average food.

The kids menu is the best and the serving sizes are great. Also the happy hour cocktails are amazing and we've always had great service.

Well set out, the order process was a long drawn out time, meals sat on the pass for 10mins due to only 3 staff on, food was over cooked and cold by the time we got it. The staff spilt our drinks on our guest. So overall out time at TGIF was one I would love to forget.

First and Last time here. 2 orders done online at the table and everyone got their meal other than myself. Waited an additional 10 mins with no sign of food coming. Had I not asked where my order was, they would have forgotten all about it. By this time, people who I was with had almost completed their meals thus I asked to not send the food out and eat after everyone at my table had finished.

In the end, I got a refund, left hungry and a bad experience from TGIF.

Nice iced coffee and pineapple drink. Service was poor. Meals waited on the pass for up to 10 minutes before they were served. The drinks were served promptly but were long gone by the time we got our food which was not hot when received. There were plenty of staff they just seemed disorganised or were either sitting while in their phone, making up plates and cutlery or in the bar area. The wrap was tasty.

Totally understaffed for serving. Felt sorry for the staff. Took 1 hour to get drinks. Longer to get food. Kids chicken nuggets left on counter for 20minutes. Downloaded app didn't work. Will not be going back. Need more staff.

Me and some friends visited TGI Fridays in TTP very short notice last week to celebrate a birthday over some drinks. Bex gave us the best experience and went the extra mile to make my friend’s birthday memorable! You are a star, Bex!

Great setting, food was pretty good but not worth the $101.00 for my son and I. Made it one off curiosity deal only unfortunately.

6 staff in the bar, no one getting served, no customer service - literally non existent to the point we waited 15 minutes and left.
At least the staff seemed like they were having a great chat.
We ended up going across to the Bavarian Pub who were engaging immediately as we walked in the door, had great customer service and that's we we stayed and spent our money.

First time visit to experience what the hype is about. Unfortunately did not live up to standards and will be the first and last time we eat here. Overcooked, dry and stale food. 10/10 for the salad on the side of the plate.

Seems I'm not the ONLY unhappy diner here! Cold, poor quality and excessive cost of the food. Unreasonable waiting to be served - deplorable, unrelenting, unapologetic customer service. What a COLOSSAL waste of time, patience and MONEY!

To the small barman with - beard and dark hair tied back in a ponytail - you should NOT work in customer service! This unfriendly person responded to my polite complaint about a drink served in a dirty glass - AND, what appeared to be a curled piece of plastic in our nachos, with a facial expression tantamount to annoyance.

UNBELIEVABLE! I was gob smacked at his rudeness! He was clearly unconcerned about cultivating goodwill for his employer! Will NEVER walk past this place again - let alone dine in! If I could give 0 stars. I WOULD!

Coffee was cold. More froth than coffee!

Disgusting. Bugs in water, bugs on food, dead flies on window seal. Steak undercooked medium rare is not rare as your cook seems to do. No one came and asked how the meal was (so I could ask for it to be cooked a bit more). I waited and even thought to take it back to the kitchen myself. Then again there wasnt any service the whole night. One waiter said she would get the salt as she dropped the meals off. I will assume she is still looking for it. I hope she is not a missing person.

Not enjoyable. Staff looked and spoke like they were at a funeral. Dirty glasses and plates piled up every where.food was sub par and not overly hot. Mac and cheese entree tasted worse than packet stuff Ordered drinks at same time as food and nearly finished my steak and chips by the time the drinks arrived. It was noisy even with next to no one in there, no urgency from the staff.
Ive tried this place twice and sadly won't be giving it a third shot. Rare poor review from me and I wanted to like it but just couldn't get there.

We love our little family dinners at TTP TGI Friday's, Bex and all the staff are always amazing help to us & the food is always good.

Drinks are amazing, can't comment on food haven't tried yet but the cocktails are great! Staff are great here
