Thank you James for your customer service today it was outstanding. From taking my call, arranging my prescription over the phone and delivering my medication to my car. Much appreciated when you're sick.

Paul, the Chemist is a gem of a person! We came in to get some WCH Teething gel for our son and Paul was really helpful sourcing it for us with less wait time. He also went to the back office to get an instruction leaflet printed and told us to meet him at the counter later. We went ahead, completely forgot about the leaflet and went to Coles straight after. Paul, our friendly neighborhood Chemist came to the other end of Coles where we were and hander over the leaflet he promised he'd give and we lost track completely of! First of all, he didn't have to do that. He could've waited for us to collect it from the counter (or not, I mean who cares right?) or just chuck it in the bin. But NO, he walked the extra mile and delivered! Kudos to you sir.you earned my respect!

I am amazed by the outstanding care and guidance I received from this chemist late last night, above and beyond my expectations. They could not do enough to assist me with a laceration suffered by my elderly mother. Highly recommended in an emergency

I counted nine staff inside, only one was dealing with scripts, while the checkout girls were playing on their phone!
Go ANYWHERE else. Customer Service and wait times are ridiculous

Plenty of non prescription items, from fragrances, incontinence pads, deodorants, vitamins, essential baby items, magnifying glasses, diabetic lollies, bandaids, through to mobility aids. It's a well laid out store and the staff are helpful too.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Have used this chemist for almost 10 years.having to pick up medications on a daily basis. So the chemists and staff on the floor were quite familiar with myself.
Never had any problems with St. Agnes Terry White chemist.but because of incompetent correspondence between the doctor and chemist, keeping up with scripts became an issue and me being the innocent customer is or was expected to except the amount owing because of lack of communication between prescribing practitioner.
In my opinion if you need to fill out any scripts, need advice or medical products only sold at a chemist, do yourself a favour and visit one of the other many chemists in the Tea Tree Gully suburbs.
Very unhappy customer.

The male pharmacist who helped me with what medicines to use was amazing! I can't thank him enough for his expertise

The women that work here are rude and unfriendly and scripts take forever. Only use when I absolutely have to and always regret it. I wish there was another option at at Agnes shops.

Poor service. Stood there with scripts to hand in, while 2 employees stood at my service window, were consumed by the computer, completely ignoring me. This went on for several minutes. Others didn't bother coming over to take my order. This was Tue 17/05/22 around 2pm. They know who they are. Walked away (no-one bothered to stop me). Won't be coming back.

I always appreciate the friendly service especially when it comes to serving my daughter who is a young child. My daughter likes to buy perfume for her mummy and the team always let her smell the scents and assist her with her choices. They are patient and engaging. With more than reasonable pricing

Amazing, caring staff that go above and beyond to help. I love that they're open late and always have the medication I need. I'm super happy with every aspect of the pharmacy:)

Pharmacy opens at 8: 30am weekdays. The group of people waiting outside was told at 8: 40am that someone had called in sick and it would be at least another 10mins before it opens. Must be seriously short staffed or unorganised if one person can affect their scheduled opening times. A few of us just walked off and went elsewhere.

The customer service here has in my expereince always been good, but in the last few months it's stepped up even more. Always helpful, great communication, cheery staff. Today is was flat out busy in the script area, but I had a pharmacist see to me immediately, with helpful, genuine cheer. Great work folks, appreciated even more in these weird and stressful times.

Dreadful. I have never had such poor service nor waited so long. Even putting a script in before grocery shopping for up to an hr, still have to wait.
Updated 3 years later- new look store, same dreadful service, nothing has changed. There are several other pharmacies in the area, do yourself a favour and use them instead.

Rude staff. And say Medicare doesn't work forcing customers to pay in full. Time to find a new chemist

Not too busy, but the girl serving coughed into her hand twice while I was waiting. Also the staff behind the prescription counter were huddled together in a meeting, mistaking the 1.5 metre social distancing rule for 15mm. Consequently I left without purchasing. Chinese pox haven.

Great customer service after trying to locate a particular prescription. A different TW Chemmart checked with St. Agnes & they had stock, held for me & I collected same day

This store at st. Agnes refused to exchanged my product because I lost the receipt. I bought gavison gastric tablets and found two tablets inside were open. I was busy so went to exchange after 2 days but was refused. I had scanned my rewards card, they could have checked it to find the product but they want the receipt which I had thrown already. Disappointed with this issue, left whole package of the product there and left the store, will never return back.

Always very friendly and helpful staff! Its slightly more expensive than some but worth the extra dollar for the exceptional customer service
