This store needs to have some kind of organisation when it comes to queues. There is multiple places where people are lining up, all over the place and pushing in despite others waiting forever in another line. Staff have no idea who is actually next and just continue to serve whoever is closer

I have no idea what's going on with this place, they use to have good staff, that had knowledge and were efficient.
Now the staff are absolutely down right slow, don't know what you are talking about, ask stupid questions, lose your scripts once filled online through the app. It's just a shamozole,
Like seriously train your staff, have a better system in place that runs efficiently.
Staff turnaround wouldn't be so bad, staff wouldn't leave in droves if they were treated properly. I for one will not return, I have been a loyal customer from day one. No more.
