From the moment you enter, you are met with tranquility and a sense of calm. I highly recommend getting there early so you can relax in the lounge area, which really sets the scene for the experience you are about to have. They have thought of every touch, showcasing a high level of attention to detail.

All of their staff and therapists are highly engaged, exuding positive and calming energy. The treatment rooms are luxurious, and the spa options are all amazing. I highly recommend their vitamin C facial and hot stone massage.

Temple Day Spa is the perfect treat for yourself or a gift for a loved one! Honestly, I can't rave about my experience enough.

Late post: I went to Temple Day Spa a few days before Christmas. I’d been given a gift voucher so decided on a pre-Christmas treat. I was greeted very warmly by Marlena and Sharon and was made to feel very welcome and special.
The voucher I had was for the Rainforest Body Ritual. Marlena explained everything in detail as it was my first visit. After the sauna Ally took over the next two treatments – the hydrotherapy Vichy shower followed by a 60 minute massage. Ally was amazing – just the right right mixture of checking everything was ok and silence to relax and enjoy the treatments and the massage was just perfect. Ally made the visit the most relaxed I have ever felt and I’d highly recommend both her and the business if you’re thinking of a special treat for yourself or as a gift.

I had my first ever massage & facial today 19/09/2023 which happened to be my 36th Birthday!

Christina and Reception staff were really warm & friendly, atmosphere was really nice, with candlelit hallways & fragrances.

Marlena my Masseuse was excellent & professional! I had the 90 min Hot Rocks massage + 30 min LED RedLight Facial!

I was so impressed with Temple Day Spa, I booked a 2nd appointment on the Spot!

While we were in Adelaide for a mid week break my friend and I decided to go to Temple Day Spa for massages and facials. We booked in the night before with their easy to use booking website. As we had booked last minute we were not able to book times together but when we arrived together we were both welcomed in by the wonderful friendly staff despite my treatment not being due to commence for nearly an hour and a half after we arrived. My friend's massage & facial were 1st and she was soon whisked away, but I was shown to their stunning relaxation room to relax and unwind while awaiting my own treatments. The relaxation rooms are beautifully laid out with cosy couches, a fantastic massage chair, ice cold water and soothing warm herbal tea that you can help yourself to, and an electric fireplace/stove that gives out wonderful heat. Shortly before my treatment I was shown to the changing areas where I was provided with disposable slippers and a fluffy toweled robe to change into and given a locker to put my belongings in. My massage and facial were part of the hot stone massage & hydrating facial package. Lucinda was my wonderful masseuse and she showed me to my private room with an extremely comfortable massage table and beautiful scent of several essential oils. The full body hot stone massage was fabulous and Lucinda was so attentive, happy to change the pressure to ensure I was comfortable at all times. The facial afterwards cleansed, exfoliated and then soothed and added some well needed moisture back into my skin. I came out of the spa room nearly 2 hours after I went in feeling incredibly relaxed as all my tension had melted away. Thank you to Lucinda and all the wonderful staff at Temple Day Spa for a wonderful treatment, the warm and welcoming attitudes and for a wonderful start to my trip to Adelaide. I would recommend to any friend and i will be sure to come back whenever I'm back in Adelaide in the future.

After receiving a voucher for my birthday I decided to try the Vitamin c facial. The whole experience from the personalised friendly greeting at reception right up until the end was exceptional.
I've had Facials in the past but never have a noticed such a difference as the one today. Nice to have a lovely place to go in the area

Literally the best experience I've ever had, I left feeling amazing and whole as a person. So relaxing the staff are great could not reccomend enough

I was a little disappointed with our couples voucher that we received for our wedding as a gift from a friend. We received a couples embrace package which on paper looks lovely but was quite the opposite. I had lost my voucher during our move and transit over the year so the lady on the front desk was kind enough to honour it and find our voucher on the system but since then I had to pay an extra $50 as there package went up in price so it was over $400.

The front area was lovely and relaxing however my husband had to fill out this extensive questionnaire which he found quite off putting. We waited about 10 mins until we were called, got my dressing gown but it was 10 sizes too small and I had to sit uncomfortablely for sometime with a pillow covering my body. It wasn’t until someone finally came and I asked if they had any other dressing gowns and she said ohh sure I’ll just get you our extra extra large dressing gown. Which made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. The dressing gowns are fit for people of a size 8-10. We then went to the sauna part of the package, my husband sat out of this as he doesn’t like confined spaces or heat. So he sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes. I asked him if anyone asked him if he was ok or to get someone to help him maybe he could have something else in replace if this. There was no one around, it was then the second part of our package the spa and massage. The spa was the size of a very small bath that would fit 2 small children rather than 2 adults. It was very disappointing as my husband also sat this out. The last part was our hot stone massage, my husband asked for soft to medium as he has a back injury and didn’t want it too firm. However the entire time I could hear him saying ouch too hard etc. He even asked the masseuse to be a bit softer, but unfortunately it didn’t happen. I got a head massage, a foot massage and hands, my husband didn’t receive any of this and he was disappointed to say the least that it made the experience un enjoyable especially since it’s meant to be a couples experience. When we left there was nothing along the lines of how was everything or to check in, it was like they couldn’t get us out quick enough. I suggest if you don’t want to do couples massage than don’t take bookings too late in the day. While I’m sure others have had a great experience, ours unfortunately wasn’t and I’ll stick to my usual massage places. Parking is also a bit of a inconvenience.

Great service until you cancel on them. I have been going to temple day spa fortnightly for months. I usually have the same therapist when I go. The therapist cancelled her appointment with me a couple of times which was fine I just rescheduled my appointment to when she was back. Last week I had to cancel my appointment because of work. I called temple day spa first thing in the morning to reschedule as my appointment was in the evening. They charged me a $70 cancellation fee and because I had already paid there was nothing I could do. They were happy to reschedule me but I would still have to pay the $70. Would not just reimburse either. It’s the first time I had to cancel too. So much for loyalty to their clients.

Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy the Voucher that my children bought me for my birthday. I had to cancel my 5pm appointment as my elderly father was rushed to hospital and I needed to be with him. I called on the morning of my appointment to reschedule and I was told that I had now lost 50% of the value of my voucher. I understand that cancellation policies are in place for a reason but it was disappointing that there was no flexibility for something as unforeseen as this.

Best Spa in Adelaide! The rooms were beautiful and peaceful and the staff very professional. I'm going back for my birthday!

I was given a gift voucher and had a 1 hour relaxation massage by Julia. Thoroughly recommend it was awesome. The vibe of Temple Day Spa is very relaxing, nice and clean and great smelling products. Will definitely be back.

I had such an amazing experience. From start to finish I felt so pampered and special. Binnie really looked after me and my full body massage with hot stones and face mask was perfect. I felt like I was floating for the rest of the day. I would live to return!

The facial was absolutely beautiful, and special kudos to Lauren who did the facial - gentle, knowledgeable and knew when to chat and when to be peaceful, all while answering lots of my questions about skincare.
