35 Really great service and an amazing atmosphere! I was so happy to get my new camera here
Now I am happily snapping away on my new EOS R8!
Store person literally lied to my face multiple times.went in as i needed to get some film rolls developed and was met with ‘we don’t do it, you’ll have to go to marion store or somewhere else’. On asking if they’d send it to marion it was again ‘no we don’t’. Weird.so i look this up and when i return with the online info that states ted stores most definitely do send off film for development he makes up more garbage about how ‘usually when i let people know it takes up to 8 weeks cause it goes to marion first and then 5-6 weeks interstate blah blah blah’… mate you’ve straight up lied to me and wasted my time.i asked if he was seriously trying to justify lying to me on account of assuming customers wouldn’t want a service taking 8 weeks, when he’s also stated taking it directly to marion would be a stupidly long 6 weeks anyway? That wait for one is embarrasing, instead of lying to customers sort it out.and as if i’m going to use teds now, i’ll only be returning once more to grab that store ‘assistants’ name and make a complaint to corporate
beyond entirely unhelpful the store person was exposed as being pathetically deceptive

I was in the store to sell my secondhand camera, they did not buy it because I do not have any paperwork that proved my current address, including bills and stuff (they do not accept bank statement). After all, it’s a policy and I did not blame them for this issue. BUT the guy was so rude. He kept saying sorry but he was very loud when saying I’m international student, not Australian and they are paying for me bla bla bla. There are people around, I feel like I’m a thief and I just got education to not do the wrong. That’s the Canon camera I bought from Ted’s in Melbourne, even they buy it from me or not I am still a customer.do not treat international student that way. He actually do not need to raise the voice (or if his voice is always that volume) I do feel offended.
Purchased items from diamonds across the road. Manger would do well to learn positive communication around accountability on recommendations. Diamonds had a far better understanding with out the arrogant attitude. Hopefully they can take this the right way as a learning experience.
Lowest price on camera, Went elsewhere to buy lenses etc etc. As attendant made me feel cheap and dirty for buying a not cutting edge camera on a tight budget. Hope commission's are not part of his wage. First guy was helpful, we would do well elsewhere.
Happy with my brand new outdated camera.
Phone holder, couldn’t open it up by myself too tight, had to come to store to work, wasted so much time. Terrible customer service.
Came here looking to get a tripod for my phone, the lady that helped me was super helpful and friendly.
They weren’t able to price match exactly.but they gave me a better price.:)

I have found that these guys know what they are talking about and have always been very helpful in answering questions about camera and accessories. What a friendly team! Our baby puked on the floor (as babies sometimes do) and staff were very patient with us.
Excellent variety of cameras in store. We were served by Will, a good knowledge across brands and lenses. Prices on par with other similar stores. Customer service won us over. Very happy with our camera and lens.
I would like to say thanks for the way Noah gave professional, intelligent advice when looking for a camera to use with my Airbnb site. I ended up spending more than twice I thought I had to, but the assistance of Noah, plus the help of Will was tremendous.
Really good range of cameras and good customer service. All the staff are friendly and know what they're talking about. Happy to offer their advice in which camera is best for any situations
The guys working here are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Having no idea about photography, they could have sold me stuff I didn't need or upsold me something that I wouldn't need. They just asked questions about what I wanted and found the camera perfect for me (which was one of the more cheaper ones!). Thoroughly recommend these guys
Staff couldn't spot the product I was after even though it had the most stock on the display. At least they directed me to where I could find it.
Absolutely amazing service if you go there make sure you see DJ he’s the man to see especially about Fujifilm excellent service prices are great
Very good selection of cameras and sales staff are very knowledgeable. The deals they offer and the prices on products are very competitive, as the Fujifilm we bought was about the same price as online retailers.
I purchased a point and shoot from Nathan, in the Rundle St store, Adelaide. A few days later, I had made up my mind that the camera was not suitable. I was able to bring it back and exchange for a different make and model. Shay (name spelling may be wrong) assisted me with the exchange. I then arrived home, to find the camera was faulty. After calling, a new replacement was ordered from the manufacturer. Within 2 days my order arrived.
All items were price matched.
These guys were amazingly patient and accommodating throughout my camera purchasing process. Will definitely be returning, the next time I need camera help and/or products.
I visited the Ted's store at Maion shopping today. I was served by De. De was brilliant giving me advice and cleaning mylenses at the same time. Highly recommend.
