Taylors Wines - Clare Valley, Auburn reviews
42What a wonderful find! The Seahorse sessions, the platters were amazing and the pizza wow! Will definitely be back
I met Lou in the hairdressers in Auburn & she encouraged me to visit. I'm so glad we did! The cellar door is beautiful. We were greeted with complimentary bubbles & encouraged to make ourselves comfortable. We chose a wine tasting each for $5 a head. We added a trio of dips too for $25.plenty for 2, with warm pita bread. We added another glass of wine as we finished off our platter. We're traveling at the moment in a caravan. They have a handy travel bottle! Had to buy.
Highly recommend. We traveled & sampled many wines at many cellar door. This is in our top 10
We visited the cellar door today and wow what a beautiful place, we didn't get the blonde lady's name that looked after us but she was exceptional and very professional such a lovely lady and great tasting. Recommended to all.thank you.
What a fabulous afternoon we were treated to! Rob took us on a fabulous journey with his knowledge and friendly fun manner! If you are in the area do NOT miss out on this!
Fantastic new facilities. Amazing and helpful staff. Great tasting options. Highly recommend
It’s Taylor’s. Of course it’s good. They do good on weekends. I enjoyed the tastings and purchase bottle prices are very reasonable
An excellent cellar door, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and a great variety of wines to sample.
Can't wait till the new cellar door is completed. Will definitely look to come back!
Arrived in Clare and we didn’t know what wineries were in town. Came across a sign to Taylor’s and that was great news and a pleasant surprise. The tasting and staff were amazing and we ordered a cheese platter. We left with a couple of boxes of wine that were on special. I definitely recommend going to Taylor’s and their wine is just the best.
A very relaxing and enjoyable time. Both Steph and Nadine are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of wines to try that aren't available in stores. Make it a stop.
The wine tasting was superb and the lady looking after us very knowledgeable and engaging. We appreciated her sharing a local map and recommendations. Thank you
My favourite wine and the experience of visiting the door cellar did not disappoint. The best wine. The grounds are well kept and lovely to sit on a nice day. The ladies were so bright, chatty, knowledgeable, and so nice. Thank you for our experience, and we will visit again.
Visited yesterday & found the lady at the cellar door too busy talking on her phone to bother serving or even acknowledging my presence even though she looked straight at me. Waited over 10 minutes & then left. Your staff need to take a lesson from the staff at Jacobs Creek in the Barrossa, they are brilliant. Great way to lose customers Taylor's.
Extraordinary range of wines.absolutely sensational Estate Tempranillo and surprising gem of a Taylors Made Chardonnay.definitely coming back to do a couple of flight tastings!
My first visit to their Cellar Door although I have drunk their wine many times. The customer service from Steph and Nadine was excellent, knowledgeable and hospitable. Looking forward to visiting again when the new building is complete!
Wonderful tasting at Taylors. The young lady was very attentive and knowledgeable about the wines. Family friendly with great amenities.
Great time At Taylor's winery, very friendly staff, great tastings fantastic
beautiful wines A1
Been here twice now and each time ive had a lovely experience. I went with my friend and her son who described taylors as a castle. Really enjoyed my wine tasting and even bought a few bottles to take back home with me.
Not great, payed for THEIR SELECTION of wines, which I did not like. I think they would make money on the deal.eg. The amount of the cost to the quality of the wine on offer.
A quiet day (Easter Monday) nonetheless, we received outstanding service. The staff member who served us was very well versed in her knowledge of wines, quickly finding me a fine shiraz. The grounds were exceptionally well kept, and but for the cooler weather, we would have sat on the grass taking in the views. The cheese, fruit, and cold meat platter topped off the visit. Highly recommended
