I’m absolutely disgusted with this doctor surgery
This was my first time attending, with my friend who also had an appointment;
With Dr N M Nizamul Islam.

He was 20 minutes late, then once he called us to enter his office, he asked us to remove our masks because he “can’t hear us” we haven’t even spoken yet.

He had a rude tone and a smuck look on his face the entire time.my reason to going to the doctors was for concerns with my breast which he straight away dismissed as “hormonal changes”.

her reason for coming in was, she just got dispatched from a hospital a few days ago regarding mental health, she had a referral from the doctors for an emergency mental health assessment. He proceeds to say he can’t do it for her because he’s going away soon, and he’s not even sure if he wants to take us as regular patients yet. I asked why he can’t do it, and he said because there’s no time and to rebook but he was 20 mins late to the appointment.and he said it takes 6 weeks for the referral to process but still he wouldn’t process it. Even tho on the referral sheet it said immediate as mental health is life threatening, especially for suicidal people who need help. He started raising his voice at my friend who was trying not to cry, and i said “you are quite rude” and then he replied “most of us are” he stood up and we both left.my friend is in tears now.we waited two weeks for this appointment just to have to leave because he couldn’t do his job.seriously don’t waste your time booking here. I definitely will not be returning.if you’re reading this, Doc
maybe choose a new profession, doctors need compassion and care.you had none of that.absolutely APPALLING.

My experience was fine, just came in for some vaccinations, practice was clean and the Dr I saw was on time, I was pretty much in and out, other patients seemed to be in and out quickly while I was there too

If you’re going to complain about waiting at a Drs office… you need a serious reality check, that’s life!

Don’t bother going to this guy, did not help with my situation, ran 30 mins late, called his secretary “simple”.

20 minutes before my appointment I received a call saying that my appointment had been cancelled and the “doctor won’t be in today. ” The doctor has always provided me with a great service despite usually having to wait 10-20 minutes for my appointment. However this just isn’t good enough. The receptionist didn’t offer any information or ways to resolve. Appointments are already scarce, and the fact that I had to make this appointments 2 weeks ago is really disappointing that I’m now going to have to find a new GP. I won’t be returning.

This doctor is disgraceful. Refused to see patients who are not vaccinated. Total discrimination

Very disgusting doctor, if your Indian your not welcome that's the vibe I got once i started talking too the doctor he didn't want too help or listen too me at all don't even know how there still up and running it's insane he isn't even a doctor I'm my option disgusting service

Dr. Izlam prescribed medication for my 5 month old. Days later in ED we were told by the treating doctor that children under the age of 12 months should NOT be having this medication.

Will be contacting AHPRA and reporting this incompetence and negligence.

I have had a very positive experience at this practice. The Dr and staff were very polight. The Dr supported me to get a quick diagnosis and treatment. He was respectful and listened to me. I will diffinatelly be a return patient.

I had the worst experience at this doctors in my entire life! There is only 1 doctor He is absolutely rude and disrespectful he doesn't care about he's patients all he cares about is he's lunch break and a Quick buck. I asked for a complaint form and they constantly refused. I suggest not too go here would be a waste of your time and a terrible experience. HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TOO STILL OPERATE absolutely shameful.

The doc.is very experienced, he was able to diagnose my illness promptly and direct me in the right direction with correct medication. Definitely recommend him to all:)

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment. The desk staff wasn’t helpful at all, although I was the only patient in the ENTIRE CLINIC.
Save your patience and go elsewhere if you value your time.

Had to wait 1 hour after my appointment time to see a doctor, the person at reception was very rude and told me to come in much earlier than I needed to. I would not recommend and I will not be returning.

Absolutely disgusting service and extremely rude doctor. I have no idea how they still have a license to operate!

Super friendly staff, doctor is wonderful and I’ve had no problems booking an appointment when needed. Plus their bulk billing is a bonus. Very happy:)

I will never return. GP ran 30 minutes late first thing in the morning. No accountability. Worst experience in a GP I have ever had.

First visit today. Staff seem nice and my doc was very friendly. Good service so far:) the reason I've done 4 is because it was a bit longer to wait than other very busy surgeries, it was just me and another girl who was next in line. I waited just over half an hour.

Never again will I go back there.they are abusing the system just to make a quick buck. For example I booked in to see the doctor under a general appointment, The reception staff assumed I was there for a care plan and wrote on up for me. I never actually got to see the doctor and the plan was not even close to what I wanted, at this point i realized they are scaming the system and walked out.

By the looks they have charged Medicare for an appointment I never had and because of the useless care plan, I now cant get a new one from a real doctor for at least 12 months.

So not only have they waisted my time, now its going to effect my future treatment because i have to wait a futher 12 months
