I love the people that work here, the health food shop is modern and well stocked. Passion and knowledge is up to date, and they order in anything you might want if its not in the store. The Gym is bright and colored and gets you in a great mood. And they have Remedial massage therapists to! I recommend this oasis of health and beauty.

One of the best establishments in Bordertown. Huge variety of health food and lifestyle products. Lots of fantastic items not stocked by the local supermarket. Very well equipped gym for anyone interested in getting into shape. Personal trainer available as well. Also caters for people in need of a good relaxing or remedial massage. Kerrie has 10 years experience as a masseuse and when you a feeling a little sore there is no one better. Remember to make a booking great massages are in high demand. Conveniently located in the centre of Bordertown and is a regular shopping destination for me every week. Highly recommend stopping in for a visit whether you are passing through town or a local who has not yet taken the time to see what's on offer. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff and I can't recommend Tatiara Health 4 Life more highly.
