Small area of grass with no shade does have Bbq and exposed table.
If you are a local it could be useful otherwise for a dog it doesn't compare to the beach and foreshore.
Kit was not interested.

Good spot for a little picnic. Small grassed area for the kids and some fixed tables/benches for the adults.
