My son had a great o.t veronica for about 2 months. I was told by talking matters that she was sick. 2 months later to follow up I was told that they couldn't tell me if she was coming back. About a month I discovered that she was no longer working there and talking matters VERY informed me. Very unhappy
Very happy with the help we've received for my Grandchildren. A friendly team from admin to therapist. Would recommend for sure.
You have failed my step daughter have failed our family and just gained $$$ you messed up her ndis founding you switch from staff to staff and then force a child to go to an appointment in school when she wasn't even suppost to have an appointment and will freak her out now because she didn't know about it she and doesn't know the person so a big thanks for that because it will set her back a week in her mindframe we also have this thing of stranger danger obviously you must not be aware of that because she doesn't adapt to people she don't know. More focus on the child and there needs would be great and actually reading about there disability and what is wrong with that individual would be great.

My poor 6 year old son was going here weekly for an hour and in a WHOLE YEAR; constant promises his stuttering would melow & his more prominent now then when we started.
NEVER AGAIN THEY JUST GIVE YOU FALSE HOPE AND IT COSTS A FORTUNE.
They are all about the $$$$ not results!
Very disappointed in the service provided. The clinician we were assigned may have qualifications but lacks experience in interacting with children.
Dedicated staff that genuinely care about helping children to be the best version of themselves. Highly recommend.
My great Grandaughter had learning difficulties as a 10 year old and received help through Talking Matters and is now doing well in year 11.
Fantastic facility, very professional and always striving to help our little ones. Early invention does help. It has helped my son. Love this place.
Passionate and personalised service, I have no problem recommending any of the Talking Matters team.
