T2 Tea Rundle Place

Wounderful store but horrible service. Just visited there in the morning.
I’ve been wondering in the store more than 5 minutes，hands full of things, and really need staff to help me taking a large cup set which I want to buy to the counter. None come to speak or help me, even there are two staff having nothing to do.

Really helpful and friendly staff, happy to sign up to loyalty and even wrapped my gift for free! Definitely recommend for a tea lover.

I would highly recommend going to this shop and buying a teapot. I'm heaps happy with what I bought there today. Great quality and good prices I don't know where else you would find such unique designs for such a good price. The staff were very helpful and friendly to me aswell.

If you love tea you need to visit T2. A beautiful array of tea infusion pots and mugs, excellent service and T2 packaged varieties of loose leaf tea. I bought my partner a beautiful pot and mug combo and some Darjeeling tea for her morning cuppa. She loves it.

Staff are super friendly.

The queue can get quite long (the gift wrapping.yawn). Make people wrap their own tea.

Great selection, specifocally love the tea spoons on sale.

This place is for Tea lovers, there are 100s of tea types and flavours, tea accessories as well to enjoy your tea experience. The staff there is friendly and helpful when you want to try a new tea, they can help you decide. Highly recommend

I went out gift shopping today and Jake was the stand out rep from any shop I visited. Jake showed me through tea sets and guided me through some amazing tea with a brief history lesson too. There is no doubt Jake knows their stuff. They were absolutely amazing. I'm glad I've now got a membership because I'll be back to sample everything in that store. Please look after your team they deserve it. See you soon.

The staff here were excellent, I have visited T2 shops all over Australia and would go out on a limb to say the two staff working the day I visited have to be the best, can tell they love there job and care about there customers. Went to extra effort to wrap my new tea set once they realised I was putting it in a suitcase to travel. Great product range as always.

I came in with my two friends so get one of them a birthday present. After she picked what she wanted we went to the counter to pay and the staff were really lovely. They were good when we had to pay separately and when we asked to have them gift wrapped. Whilst we were waiting to have them wrapped another staff member came and made sure we were okay and didn’t need help. After we left my friend walked out and said “okay so that must be the nicest worker in the world” 10/10 would recommend coming here:)

Nice tea but they didn't have many of the teas I was expecting like with turmeric and there were too many breakfast teas. Also, really expensive. I would only go there to buy tea as a gift.

I absolutely love this T2 store! In a time when you can absolutely buy everything online, I make the trip to the city to speak with the ever-helpful staff members. They truly make a difference and are so valuable to the store. Thanks! ️

I have always purchased my tea from this shop. They always have something new in their selection and the staff are so friendly. I also recently purchased the tea maker upon recommendation of one of the staff and it is amazing.
I would definitely recommend this T2 location, especially if you are new to buying tea as the staff have so much information they can share. Hopefully tea tasting can be back soon!

T2 is the worst place to get tea and should not be consumed by anyone. Tea does not need to cost $18 and it certainly doesn’t need artificial flavours in it. Check the package next time.
When you have options like Kappy and The Tea Catcher in Adelaide I don’t know why you’d bother with T2

I just had some wonderful service at T2 Rundle Plaza, I explained the issues I was having with my existing tea, and the help/advise I received was so fantastic i just had to go in and buy the tea maker. I had to message my friends and sister about it! Would 100% go back:)

On Friday I visited the Burnside T2 where I was ignored and received no service. It was a different story at Rundle Place today. I was greeted by an extremely friendly girl who went out of her way to make me feel valued as a customer. I would certainly shop there again.

I got a gift for our client yesterday. The budget is quite limited to be honestest, but the gentleman still served me very patiently and answered all my questions. At the end, he wrapped gift for me with some free samples & complimentary. The whole wrap looks like worth $50. I am really glad that I had a such good customer service experience at this shop. I believe my client will also like this gift. Best customer service! I shall ask this gentleman's name and give him tips!

Staff are always helpful and friendly, there are amazing teas to sample, and they have an awesome range of every tea under the sun, and all the accessories you could ever need!
