T2 Tea Burnside Village

I always love T2, amazing customer service, incredible tea of course, just prepare to spend a bit.

10/10 customer service. The pink haired crystal wearing psychology knowing individual that served us, was a delight. Their herbal / tea blend knowledge (as we’re rookies) sounded very impressive and they provided the absolute best customer experience. Very friendly team, great products (obvs) and a wonderful shopping experience all in all. Thank you very much.

Fantastic customer service from Lily, very friendly and attentive. I was served very quickly but not rushed and she took the time to explain to me the benefits of the membership program so I could get free gift wrapping which was also very quick. Such a great shopping experience. Also, she double checked with me to make sure I had picked up the correct tea (loose vs teabag) which was very lucky for me, because I had not.

I was looking for a tea set as a christmas gift for my best friend at the shop but had no idea. A female staff was very friendly and helpful, tried to understand my friend's lifestyle and made suggestion, I finally got a bundle set of cups pot and tea bags out from the shop. Great shopping experience, will come again

Dropped in and bought a wonderful selection of products.
The staff were f friendly and knowledgeable.
It's a nice idea to try if you like teas and different flavours to consume.
I highly recommend trying ant T2 outlet.

Heaps of different teas.boxes full, lotsa teapots and cups ect, great place.the different types of tea.excellent place, although, Burnside Village is a nightmare in school holidays, *****️️️️️

The staff at T2 love their job and that makes for a nice place to shop. Dozens of types of tea blends of the hot and cold varieties as well as teapots, cold brew infusers and other related products. No hovering sales staff however if you want advice they are very knowledgeable of their products.

Excellent tea range and great tasting tea! Just disappointed that stock is unavailable at the moment.

Was very happy with T2 Burnside. I ordered on line and was able to collect on the same day. There was a query about the availability of the tea I wanted and the friendly efficient staff member Lily sorted it out quickly.

The products are great but the "service" at the Burnside Village shop is extremely poor. There was no one else in the shop except a woman chatting to the young girl at the counter. I was ignored while I wandered around the shop. I eventually went to the counter and stood waiting while they continued to chat. After standing waiting, I eventually returned the products to the shelf and walked out. They continued chatting as if I was invisible. I would not shop there again. The staff in the city store are far more friendly and professional.

Insane collection of teas. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and will often make teas for you to try before you commit to a purchase.

Excellent service from a very friendly saleslady. We tried two different types of tea and purchased them both. Very happy with our experience.

The small of came from this place is unbelievable! Price too high I reckon.

Went to this T2 yesterday with my partner and we go to T2 all the time but unfortunately yesteday was the worst experience we have had at one of your stores. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The young brown haired girl serving us was rude to us and also other customers and demanding to her collegues in a rude manner in front of customers. Also only allowed us to try one tea between us which usually we can try as many as you would like.
We walked out with 9 teas and was only allowed to try one in store. The customer service only deserves a one star and you can guarantee we wont be visiting this store again.

Tea store at Burnside Village (South Australia) has some amazing staff working in there. We have been to other T2 shops as well, but the Burnside is where we buy all our Teas from. This is because of the service of each and every staff member. Yesterday (18/01) Steve (manager) and Georgie were at work and we only have got praises for their customer service skills. They are exceptional and really show passion and enthusiasm in providing the customer an experience, of the varieties of Teas and Tea Wares with education about Tea and unlimited trail of different kinds. At no point of time we ever felt that we are obliged to buy merchandise from them. They are super friendly, always engaging with each and every customer (does not matter how busy the store is) and super keen on knowing the consumer taste buds so that they can recomend from a large range of T2 teas. Seriously, guys if you want service, this is the store to get it from.
We wish Steve and Georgie good luck and really hope some wonderful things come in their way.
