Exceptional customer service. I purchased some tea infusers online and the order was ready quickly and communication great. I was running late at the end of the day to pick up my order and they were so kind and stayed open (after their closing time) until I arrived. Very happy with the quality and price of products. Would happily purchase here again!

Went in for some Darjeeling and was helped by a very nice woman.they have a great range. I bought the Darjeeling and she gave me some samples of several other teas. The teas are not the cheapest around, so this is probably for a real tea lover. Maybe a good gift for a tea lover.they have a few tea pots etc.

One of the best places for a good coffee even when it's mainly a tea place but not only. Always happy to come back.

Staff is very friendly and know their products. I sampled after discussion a white tea I was interested in and ended up buying a packet as the costs are very reasonable. Nice cosy environment. Great job all.

It is a family owned business and the staff are very nice. A great selection of different teas. Try the Dragonwell (Chinese green tea). Always happy to support local businesses.

Love having brunch here. I will be honest I don’t go here for the tea as I’m not really a tea person. I do love having breakfast here every other Saturday. My usual go-to is the bacon and egg sandwich topped with bbq sauce!

Not just because of all the teas to choose from, but the quality of teas and the tea bags themselves are of high quality.
Food is also great and the staff are very friendly.

T Bar is an excellent local tea supplier. They have a great range, pricing is reasonable, and the staff are always very helpful and friendly.

Nice place and cozy tea bar inside the old Market. Very good plate and awesome tea. Friendly staff but not the cheapest in town.

Waited tooooo long today. 20 min for a turmeric latte. On the plus side, it’s made without syrup.

Came at 5: 15 the closing time is 5: 30 and found the presentation a bit shabby and rushed! Coffee was pretty average, like can get better anywhere else: (

Usually the service is great but I ordered 2 iced matcha lattes yesterday from a young girl who had huge attitude and was very unfriendly / rude. The drink took forever to make and the customer after me was served before us and was given his drink by the girl wheras we were called to get it ourselves.

I went in to buy some new Dragon Well green tea (best price vs quality going around) and left having been introduced to so much more knowledge, a cheeky free sample, and help and advice that goes above and beyond from the owner.

Great choice for breakfast in the markets. Menu is more varied than some, better priced than others, so zoom on up here, jam on the brakes, and enjoy a well crafted and well priced breakfast treat.
