Very good phone service, especially from Zeke. They honoured a deal despite an error in the marketing and also provided a missing tool bag strap a month after receiving the original tool bag, due to me not realising it was supposed to be provided. Thanks heaps.

Rubbish management and system.
Took 7 months to approve a refund, took another 2 months to get the money. SHAME

Zeke's service is very attentive and the usage of the tools is explained in detail. I am very satisfied with today's shopping experience.

I bought a car jump starter from this guy in 24/02/2023 when I checked it was not working condition it had some problem next day I take that back to for this store and he said when it’s fixed I will call you after 8 months still I didn’t receive any call from that guy and when I asked the worker refund me he said I can’t the manager is not available it’s not my job

Daniel (Store Manager) provided outstanding customer service, was super helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase by tailoring a package to suit our needs.
Every staff member we engaged with had great product knowledge but Tommy was especially good.
I was impressed by how these guys created a great working environment.
I'll definitely be going back to grab what I need and more because their range is awesome and the prices.

19/11/22 10am Very unproffesional service and I also got an email stating my tools were ready for collection that I ordered online but they didn't have half of them

Worst business we have ever seen.
Don't pay for any product if you didn't see actual stock.
I paid more than $ 3000 for pressure cleaner and tool after paid they said need to wait for product and after 4weeks still no product delivered. When I ask refund they are not answering. After number of phone calls to store and head office they gave refund.
Time wasters, Holding Our money more then 1 month, No customer service (Head office is not responsible for store sales).

Don't go to this place to buy any valuable things.

Great service and very good prices plus a cheeky discount at the counter if you're nice! Great range with heaps of stuff on display.only thing I didn't really like was all the tool box drawers were locked so you couldn't slider them open to test but I'm sure if you asked they would have unlocked them for you!

Happy to take your money but if there’s a warranty issue good luck. I have a 4 month old $450 Bahco trolley jack here thats stuffed. They already attempted to fix it once (obviously poorly) and having the exact same problem. I’ve called multiple times, been into the store 4 times, emailed multiple people and nothing. I’ve just reported them to the ACCC and will be contacting consumer and business affairs on Monday for further advice as they refuse to refund or replace it.

Pretty average experience TBH. I've bought stuff online from them before and wanted to try out an 'independent' specialist tool shop as there aren't many Adelaide options, and I'll be up for a completely new cordless kit in the next year or so. Staff were helpful but didn't know about the tools, didn't know where I could repair it or what the warranty was, didn't tell me I need to register my tool within 4 weeks to get the warranty, and when they got to the register they couldn't sell it to me at the price they'd earlier promised. There were 6 staff standing around and none of them knew the answer to these questions or even where to look to find out. It was a 'yeah probably' to everything. Why go to a specialist tool store if the advice is worse than Bunnings?

They get two stars because their range is genuinely impressive.

This is a shame, cause i have had good service b4, but i came in on Sunday to buy a 150mm t20 Milwaukee bit. When i couldn.t find i asked at counter, and was told yes there should be 2 in stock, which we couldn't find, not that the staff member went to any effort. I then asked for pricing on kregg pocket hole screws as half the stock had no pricing, the pricing was checked 1 item i was given a price the other i was told did not exist after standing there waiting for him to come up with a price by maybe looking at your website, was again told they did not exist I left the store empty handed and went down the road to the opposition and got what I needed there.
I work in retail and understand computer and pricing issues, but we go to every effort to help the customer. This was a shame as said because I have had great service by either the owner/manager in the past.

Worst stuff ever with an attitude, short guy with blond hair. Went for a pick up this stuff served me like an animal. Hope him have a great day.

Never buy from these guys online. Waited over a month and still not shipped. No reply to emails. Pathetic service shop elswhere

Very bad experience with Sydney tools, I purchased a full of tool box around 1-2 month without use anything asked to replace and give me big tool box. I didn't ask any return, even happy to pay more but they refused. Even it's untouched stuff and 1 year warranty. Guys please don't go to Sydney tools.

The guys and girls who work in this store are fantastic! I had to buy a few tools for a DYI project but was unsure of what to get and the assistant Anthony who helped me was awesome. His advice on what to purchase was so professional - he made sure I didnt buy equipment that was for comercial use not home dyi - and was able to give the the rundown on how and what particular tools were best used for the job I wanted!
Whilst paying for my items a young woman assistant came over and gave me some free tools bits for my new drill - gotta love that!
I highly recoment this store to everyone - their prices are VERY competitive and their quality of service is top notch - polite, professional and they know their stuff!
AS a final thumbs up - I brought a boxed item that wouldent fit in my car - as I lived close by, Anthony offered to delver it free of charge - now that is gold - thanks so much Sydney Tools Windsor Gdns:) * from me!

Brad went above and beyond to sort out my order. I work night shifts, so was on their door at 8am sharp after finishing work on a Saturday morning, but Brad welcomed me and sorted my order within minutes. Legendary service, Thanks Brad. Also, awesome range of tools and their own Daytona brand are always solid products.

Just came in and got an 11 piece makita combo. Could not be happier with the experience and service. I dealt with Daniel and he was an absolute champion helped me with everything and was happy to swap stuff out of the combo for things I needed more. Absolute pleasure will definitely be back, cheers again Daniel.

I know nothing about tools or hardware and was recommended to go to Sydney tools. They helped me massively with choosing an electric lawn mower. Daniel served me and spent a lot of time helping me make the right choice. Highly recommended

Excellent service, went above and beyond. Helped me find all the tools required and load a very heavy compressor in the back of my car. Will be back again!
