My provider Jess has been beyond amazing. Works so hard to try and push everything she can to get me back at work. Love you Jess

I wasnt using my dyslexia as an exuces. I was just asking if there was anything you could do to help me read the materials for the course you singed me up for without even asking.
All i wanted was to know if you could help me find something like a tutor! I was actually trying while yall sat there and laughed at me.

Syc has a youthful team, who assist people looking for work. I found them courteous and helpful.

Basically useless. Walked out of there with less knowledge than when I entered. Staff can't do simple tasks, and reception, when it is manned, has no idea what is going on. Have had to sort out the mess they have made personally with Centrelink

Back in April this year I was in need of a career change, then I had my first appointment with Caitlin and it was only uphill from there, she is honestly a blessing, supportive, caring and just all around a fantastic person, if it was not for her I would not have my amazing job which has led to me being offered a mechanical engineering apprenticeship which I'm enjoying so much! I cannot say thank you enough for all your help and providing me the resources I needed to get ahead in my field. You are an absolute champion I wish nothing but great things for you and your future!

P. S I highly recommend Caitlin receives a pay rise

Initially had a good experience until my agent left.
Was transferred over to Todd who would relentlessly call with "job opportunities" at places that I simply couldn't physically do despite being told numerous times of my physical limitations.
Another time he got upset and cut me off when I asked to reschedule an appointment due to a family matter saying "He didn't have the time to reschedule everyone whenever they asked" despite miraculously having the time to call me the very next morning to state said previous quote. At which point I asked to be transferred to a different agent hoping I'd end up with someone who was willing to do their job properly.

This new agent however immediately went on to blatantly lie to me about using physical paperwork to submit my job search stating that it is "only for people who cannot use the internet" (They themselves state that it is an approved method of job search record keeping). She then proceeded to put me into job club (6 hours of wasted time a fortnight) despite my having harvest starting quite literally this week, AND having a meaningful second job which although is currently contract-based, has provisions for becoming full time.
Their own website states in bold that they "help people to gain and sustain employment in all its forms. " Well I have a form of employment that can become full-time, one that I would like to keep, but they want me to drop it simply because its not guaranteed full-time hours right now.
I worked bloody 75 hours two weeks ago.

It seems as though they don't care about you as a client. Only caring about making their own jobs easier for themselves and bulking their numbers up to look better. They don't care if they waste your time or put you through financial or mental hardship in the process. They wont work with you, and if you have meaningful employment that can become full-time in the future they will not support you in keeping it.

Hello I am not sure who to direct this to but yesterday I had an appointment at your Christies beach location. I was seen by “Sarah H” I just wanted to thank her for how wonderful and supportive she was. Understanding and empathising with my injuries and mental health as a result of a car accident. Not only did she show empathy but she also didn’t make me feel ashamed or embarrassed I didn’t feel judged or made to feel simply lazy. I believe she is a credit to your team and appreciated her support yesterday 16/3/21. This is a first time in a long time I felt happy leaving an appointment. Thank You.

While there are helpful and nice people that work here there are also people that hate their job.
I've been coming here off and on for a few years and they have never help me get a job but are quick to want your pay slip for their bonus.
I recommend using them for courses and job equipment that they provide but honestly your better off putting in the effort yourself.

Jasmine the DES member is EXTREMELY out of line with her behaviour towards some MALE clients ~As well as constantly trying to steer the conversation towards PERSONAL TOPICS, She would look at MY BEHIND and MY GROIN area almost EVERY TIME I STOOD UP to exit the room. Even though SHE KNEW i was ENGAGED with a CHILD ON THE WAY!
Then when i COMPLAINED about her BEHAVIOUR, She responded by CUTTING OFF MY PAYMENTS!

I would like to personally thank the staff at Job Prospects that have been involved with me and there to support me while looking for work, especially Sarah the manager for her support and understanding and kindness. They always welcome you with a smile and make you feel comfortable and never judge. They truly go above and beyond for there clients and the team that are currently at Christies Beach are all amazing and assets to Job Prospects and represent the company at high standards at all times and they need to be recognized for the hard work they do.

Thank You Staff

Regards

Kevin Allen
