Bad experience with this shop. The sales person lacked the knowledge to be able to discuss glass beads, auto fillers, and flocculant differences, and told me to come back when the owner was there. They said taking all my details were a requirement of the sales process and reassured me that they would not be used for marketing or given to anyone else. For the next month I was pounded by sms and even hard paper mail outs. When I called the owner to try to explain my experience and ask not to be spammed, she immediately started arguing and speaking over me that they had not done anything wrong, and that it was not their fault, and then hung up on me.

Always helpful and will go the extra mile. I had an issue with my spa water and the lovely lady went above and beyond to help troubleshoot even contacting the supplier. I find the prices very competitive for my spa chemicals and travel from Richmond to use these guys rather than use an alternate option 5min down the road. They certainly deserve my business. Very friendly staff on phone and good questioning to find out our needs. The men who came to service the pool were fantastic! Sorted the problem in a jiffy and even spent the time to help show how to continue maintenance. Very happy with the experience, many thanks.
