Sushi Train

The man at cashier was very rule, our family arrived at approx. 8PM which was not the busy time at all. But we were left at reception until approx. 5 minutes later. Nobody apologized for that. We had much much better experience at other Sushi trains.

Not surprised of the fact the owner responded as I did see other customer had left negative comment and was responded as Uber driver. BTW, I got the receipt for the meal we had the other day.

Not sure if any other Japanese restaurants serve half a katsu chicken around here? Apparently they measure by weight and since it’s thesame price as the katsu chicken bowl, they justified it by halving the chicken so you can have the curry the logic doesn’t work. Just price it more if that’s the case. Their photo on the menu is a full serve of chicken. So that’s also false marketing. Inflation has hit hard!

The service in this ‘sushi train station’ is great, but the sushi is just okay—nothing special. I hope they can offer more variety.

Okonomiyaki is a must try

Sushi with heaps of wasabi. The staff told me it won’t be spicy because it is fresh wasabi. The heck? Did I ask for the wasabi? Don’t assume I can eat that much of wasabi. Never happening before

I stood in front of the service desk waiting to get my number plate and no one paid attention to me for 5 minutes. I also had to wait for 20 minutes for my meal. The service is not good and the food is mediocre. And there is also a hidden version of the color palette! There are plates of various colors on the wall to let you know the corresponding price range, but does anyone know how much the black one costs? Black is not on the wall! Is it a surprise price?

The man at cashier was rude and ruined the night and experience! A rare family night out and was extremely disappointed in the service we received by one particular staff who works at cashier, which ruined our night out.

Half way through our meal we found long hair entangled in the plate of the sushi, so left as is and subtly handed it over to one the staff but overall weren’t too bothered by it, until one of the male staff came over with the plate of sushi to tell us that they had no one working there with long white hair. Absolutely disgusting service, instead of apologising, he comes over to the table where we are all brunette to tell us that. Not sure what he expected my response to be but when I expressed disappointment, he was just so rude! Never going back and do not recommend this location!

Went there for dinner with family, one of the sushi rolls had a long hair rolled partly in the sushi and partly sticking out of the sushi… we showed the sushi to the waitress and asked her to cancel that order, minutes later someone (not sure if he was the manager or someone from the prep area) brought the plate of sushi that we had given to the waitress back and said, we don’t have anyone in the kitchen with this colour hair… no idea what he was trying to prove, but
coming across as not taking responsibility for what comes out of their kitchen…. Not happy with their service

Always enjoy a sushi train visit and this one is perfectly fine. I like their hot food options rather than take it off the belt (karaage chicken, Udon curry, chicken balls).

Losing a star as I ordered gyozas from the hot food menu so that they were cooked fresh but they gave me them from the conveyor belt and they were cold.

Very fresh sashimi! I’d recommend to try Salmon belly, it taste very creamy. Will be better if the sushi rice more solid.

Been going there for a few years wait times can be long but the foods good a little bit pricy. I recommend a booth for groups of 2 or more

Great sushi but took 45+ min waiting. The staffs didnt let me know what was happening and no apologies until I asked. Orders got messed up and take away orders were prioritized.

It’s a good Japanese restaurant. The Ketty Bot is very interesting and helpful. Busy hours maybe wait for a few minutes.

I visited store at around 3 o'clock on 13 November Very very unprofessional staff at the desk. I was having take away. I showed him my order number he said it will be ready in few minutes. He got order ready and didn't even tell me that here is your order. The food was waiting on the table. Whenever I went to check with him if my order is ready or not he just didn't look at me. Finally a lady came in asking for the order I am waiting for and she apologized for the time. The lady was helpful but the other guy just didn't want me to give the food and I think the only reason was because I had thermal bag and he got me as uber delivery guy.
If I have to travel 50 kms for sushi train, I will but I will never visit this store again.

The food was very fresh, some of the best tempura I’ve had. The staff was very nice and friendly. There are many different fish, meat and vegetarian options.

Definitely had better sushi train experiences, a lot of the plates which were meant to be warm were cold. I believe they were trying to get rid of as much stock as they could before the store closed. That being said I will come back earlier in the night next time

Always a fun place to go, the food is always great, fresh and very delicious. I think there's a good range of vegetation options and non-seafood options to like chicken. The staff are really nice and friendly. There's usually quite a few options to pick from already but ordering from the menu is quick and simple, especially with the ordering from your phone system thing. I really like it as you can take your time to look at all the options and order directly, as sometimes the staff are a bit busy when there's lots of people, but the service is still great always. Sometimes during the really busy periods there's a wait, especially if you want to eat at the bootkeh, but it's definitely worth it.

Always a bit of a wait to be seated, even out of peak hours.however this seems normal for most sushi trains.

If you order from the menu rather than take from the conveyor belt it can be quite slow.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The sushi is awesome and super tasty. There are vego and vegan options available. There is a variety of price points which is calculated on plate value system so you can spend as little or as much as you want depending on how many plates and what value each one is. Alternatively you can order from the menu if the train doesn't have what you are after. I would highly recommend checking this place out!
