Fantastic venue for wheelchair accessibility.
-Front door is quite heavy but mall entrance is more manageable.
-No steps throughout and polished concrete flooring.
-Well sized in-restaurant accessible toilet with left handed grab rail, no change table.
-Accessible parking spaces right infront of venue.
-Mixture of booth and table seating.

Food is lovely and fresh with a substantial vegan range.

Friendly service. Ambience fine, however my particular seat had a dark energy - be careful sitting on the side. Highly recommend omakase set if you want over-seasoned and over-sauced food.

The bowls and glasses were pretty, and the plating was pretty.

The sushi was definitely fresher than eating conveyor belt sushi.

The rest were just so special, not so delicious, just edible.

It was a little disappointing that there was only one toilet for both men and women.

Meal wasn't great, Brown ice burge lettuces, a hair on chicken and a maggot in beans, I was not impressed not going back. Bad experience for this place.

My family and I had a birthday celebration last night and we thoroughly enjoyed our whole experience. The quality of the food was really good and we where all very pleased with the quantity. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you we will be back and we will recommend your restaurant.

We came here for a birthday last night.the food was AMAZING.
Whilst the wait staff were friendly they could have been slightly more attentive.

Our local go to for Japanese. Probably visited close to 10 times now and have always been happy with the quality of food.

What a wonderful place. Quick service and very fresh food. Way better and tastier than old & cold typical sushi train style restaurant.

Went here for a birthday dinner. Had never heard of Hanamura before this. Was an unexpected, great, delicious experience! Loved the food; super tasty and easy to read menu. We are vegetarian and there’s a pretty big selection of veg options. They also cater to GF and Vegan. Their cocktail and drinks list is great. They’ve got a large collection of moktails which is awesome. Their Japanese ingredient inspired cocktails were delicious. We ordered a Lychee Martini and Saketini; both had great flavour balance and beautiful opaque colour as well as presented creativity. The restaurants Japanese inspired decor adds to the experience. We kind of forgot we were in Modbury.
Have already told a bunch of people out this gem. Will definitely return again and again.

Very expensive for small portions, you get less than other sushi places.
Wrong orders often and messily presented. Sushi is put in containers together with fish even when vegetarian sushi is ordered.

This is my ideal place to go for sushi! I go there often and have never been let down, Highly (like mount everest high) recommend

This place has always been clean, great food, and lovely staff…my daughter has a lot of allergies, I took her here to have a meal last week and they catered for it amazingly. It’s a great place and so delicious

Really nice sushi selection, some of the best vegan sushi I've ever had. Offers a different range than I've had at other places and the aesthetic of the place is beautiful as well!

Fantastic customer service, gorgeous restaurant, delicious vegan food! Cocktails are to die for. The apple pie cocktail is just next level. I have been here twice now and been blown away both times!

Decently priced and a very large menu range to cover almost any desire. A refreshing change of scenery from the typical sushi places in Adelaide. Is generally always busy. Customer service can be hit or miss depending on your time of visit.

Well presented and tasty Japanese food! We enjoyed a couple of the larger platters and it was a great way to enjoy as a group

I haven’t been here since 2020, but having been missing it since and currently craving it! My husband and I got the vegetable curry roll and the rainbow veggie roll and holy smokes, I HIGHLY recommend! Haven’t found any veggie /vegan options comparable here in the US

Nice visual presentation of the food here. The style is Japanese like and this is why we came. We were celebrating a Japanese birthday from a distance. The service is a bit adhoc and not the best mask wearing etiquette by the service staff.
