5Front counter blonde girl was extremely rude and almost threw the bag of food at me. She didn't smile, didn't greet me, just listened to me asking for my food and didn't even let me get the whole name out before she threw the bag across the counter and continued her conversation with the other employee, didn't even bother to glance at me. We pay good money to eat your mediocre greasy slop, the least you could do is be polite when we come pick it up. Basic customer service training needed badly.
Very unhappy, received the wrong order and there is no way to contact them to fix it up. It will be closing time by the time I get back and do not have money for petrol or for the rare opportunity for me to get some take out before work.
Unfriendly staff and not very clean.
Mostly annoyed that I could not call them and resolve this over the phone.
I suggest "Two peck chicken" 100% over these guys.
The KOREAN FRIED RICE, KRISPY BONELESS CHICKEN AND SLAW WITH GARLIC SOY SAUCE just makes me so happy?
Can not contact if order is wrong only have email option, didn't get my fries with my order, what happens know?
Used to be amazing crispy chips and hot juicy chicken but recently have been slacking. Still passable but not as good as it used to be
