I booked an appointment booked in well in advance as I am required to take leave from work and arrange someone to cover me. A couple of days before the appointment, I get asked to move it to another day as the doctor was unavailable. I understood that these things happen, changed it to the day they requested and made the required arrangements with work. 2 days later, I get another call to say the doctor needs to leave early that day and no one else was available. Knowing this doctor was also going away on leave, any alternative dates with sufficient notice were extremely limited. I was disappointed in the little care given to my situation and the fact that no one else is able to cover in the case of absence.
