Sunisa's Thai Restaurant reviews
71Had a first time voucher to use with Uber eats and felt like some Thai. Food was great. Will definitely make a booking to come and eat in, in the near future. So good to find decent Thai down south
Four of us (2 locals and 2 tourists) had undoubtedly the best Thai food we've ever had last night. The entree was great, the mains were delicious and the desert was to die for.
The locals were not aware of your existence and will be back as they loved the selection of the banquet number 2 (plus a red curry duck as an extra). Loved it!
Absolutely incredible food. Best Thai food I have personally had outside of Thailand. Definitely a hidden gem in an unexpected location. I've become a regular customer now. Large vegan menu with good portioned meals. Reasonably priced although the steamed rice is a tad more expensive than most places. Overall I'm very impressed with Sunisa's.
Our first time trying this restaurant just had takeaway all the Items in the mixed entree were very tasty. The green curry and basil chicken was as good as you can get in any top end restaurant. Can't wait to try other dishes, now I don't have to travel to Glenelg to thai takeaway.
Consistently the best authentic Thai food going around, never disappointed. Watch out its addictive!
This is a Thai restaurant so expect full flavour, loved it. Service was fast and the staff first class. Will be taking friends with us next time.
The food here always taste fresh and amazing,
It’s definitely my go to for Thai food in this area and the staff are very friendly!
It was good was amazing very tasty and a great serve didn't give 5 star's as needed music in restaurant
Thai Red Curry was not red at all. Very watery and lacking a strong taste. Ate it because it was either than or sleep for dinner.
Beautiful food but it needs to be served hot, mine was but my friends werent, other than that great.
Tonight we spent $74 on a variety of dishes (4 entrees and 2 mains) so that we could try a range of meals and critique the menu fairly. Despite wanting to like this place, and to support a new small business in the area, we were left disappointed. Firstly, we were turned off by the price of the takeaway menu. The chicken wings and the fishcakes were dry and tasteless. The satay skewers were also dry, however the satay sauce was quite flavoursome. The highlight was the Tom Yum soup and steamed rice which was delicious. Great depth of flavour in the soup, tofu was nice and the rice was cooked really well.
We also ordered the Chicken Mince 'Salad' which was the most disappointing meal of the night. The whole dish was vermicelli noodles and the minced chicken was clumpy and bland. With only a few vegetables, you could barely call this dish a salad. We also ordered the pork belly stirfry for $21 and the meat was once again dry, chewy, and tasteless. I will say that the dècor and new renovations looked very nice and the staff were very friendly. Very sorry that we had to leave a bad review, but we tried a range of dishes from the menu and felt that for the price, the food was disappointing. We hope that this feedback helps improve your new business and that our next experience will be a better one.
