I was just talking to my husband about the different swimming schools where I have worked and their programs, and I decided that Sue Pryor Swimming is the very best I have ever experienced (I started teaching in 1989). The program is in line with best practices as advocated by our Olympic coaches and the pool design is excellent for giving all swimmers the experience of both shallow and deep water. Having Safety Week each term makes sure every swimmer has training at least once and, if they swim all year around, throughout the year. The fact that you target different water venues in depth is outstanding. Ensuring that parents practice swimming 25m with their child is so important; the importance coming to light in the recent reports of parents dying trying to rescue their children without the skills or any flotation aids. All other schools where I've worked do Safety Week once a year - not enough by any stretch! Well done, SP Swimming!

The instructors are amazing! Our children love their lessons and have learnt a lot, including about water safety. I absolutely recommend Sue Pryor Swimming

Friendly and helpful staff. Patient with adult learners (esp.those with fear of water). Clean and well maintained pool, not over chlorinated. Very environmentally friendly environment

Excellent facilities for rehab. The pool itself is fastiously maintained. Entrance on a cane is a little tricky due to an outward slope on entrance but those with no mobility issues would not even notice it. They run a variety of programs from babies to the more mature.

I use Sue Prior Swim to do hydrotherapy I am grateful there is a heated pool in Strathalbyn. It is always neat clean and the staff is very friendly and polite even when I keep leaving stuff behind.
