On 21/01/2024 at 6: 30am - as I was parking my car I saw an Indian subway 'sandwich artist' taking the garbage out in a trolley. While he did that I lined up for Subway and waited. He came inside and didn't wash his hands. I know because I was watching him the whole time to see if he would. I asked him if he washed his hands. Without saying anything, he washed his hands then gave me an attitude when he asked me what I wanted to eat. Will never order anything from here again. Literally the lowest IQ worker I've encountered so far. He shouldn't be working anywhere near food if he's too stupid to get basic hygiene right.

Do not order online or visit during the night time as the overnight staff are incompetent. I ordered via UberEats late at night only to be told after 2 hours that they couldn’t make my sandwich as the ingredients were unavailable and suggested I cancel my order where I would be charged in full without receiving any food!

Waited 1 hour for a roll and some cookies, only for the roll to arrive completely cold. The uber driver told me only 1 guy was working so obviously poor management is at fault here, will not be ordering subway again.

This one is a service station atmosphere so I can't think that's too exciting! Great food but man, I haven't bought them for a while and a decent one is like 16$ for a footlong. You can make a lot of sandwiches from the supermarket for that price but it's the convenience one pays for.

I ordered 3 things. 1 of them showed up.
I paid for 2 quesadillas, 1 mozza pot and a NO SUGAR vanilla coke.only the mozzarella pot and a normal coke showed up and there was no cheese on the meat balls. I dont know what kind of slack jaws you have working tonight that mess up an order this simple but im unimpressed. Will not be ordering again

Very bag experience one lady name is Anaya is staff member of this subway unprofessional staff very badly treated coustmers and Uber eats drivers also

Although when I have gone in store and ordered a sandwich some staff have seemed competent other have been completely hopelessy inept. Everytime I order through uber eats though it is a catastrophe. The order is wrong every time this time the bacon was raw and the sandwich was not toasted. Previously I have been delivered one sandwich instead of two, have had the wrong ingredients or ingredients missing, they have forgotten my cookies several times, I am personally boycotting this subway and would rather drive out to the next nearest one than ever order from here again.

The subway staff doesn’t know the hospitality rules. Staff making in-store customer wait while making online orders at first place which is against the hospitality ethics. In-store person has to be served on priority. Upon asking, the staff told me that you haven’t paid so you have to wait, online paid orders will go first. What a Shame! Poor management and short staff. My message to owner is kindly do the business ethically else quit

Not the best. A smear of tuna and 3 wafer thin slices of cucumber, wrapped so tightly it halved in size. I have been repeatedly disappointed with this Subway and it has to be the management. Remember OTR does a tripple sandwich pack for the same money in the same shop!

Order 2 subs through Uber eats, only one arrived. Call the uber driver to be told not his problem and to call up subway. Upon calling up was greeted with a genuinely sweet lady who offered to make the one sub was missing and for me to pick it up. Arrived expecting to get my one sub that was missing to be dumbfounded by their generosity adding things that were never ordered. Excellent customer service.

Simply don't trust them with an uber eats order. Countless times (shame on me by this point) try to get uber eats delivery for a subway only to have whoever is working just wantonly disregard the actual order. Sending with wrong veg, or wrong sauce or just no sauce at all. The docket plays a very minimal role in the outcome that is actually passed over to the deliver driver.

They are fine if you are standing there watching them, but evidently can't be trusted with an online order where everything is written for them plain as day.

There are a vegan options (veggan patties) on the menu. Falafel, avocado salad and full of veggies.

Monday night around 10pm 29th november.female worker, totally nailed our order after completing an uber order, totally trying to catch up with refills and low stock after just clocking on. Super polite and very friendly.
Was my first time ordering and eating from a subway. Always hated the smell of bread cooking and the general smell of most subways is a total turnoff. However Brighton Subway didnt have that typical stench so I made my order
Meatball cheesey sub. Oh my gosh! Devine! We all placed our orders and ate in the carpark. Well done sweet!
You've turned a subway avoider into a person that will stop by again!

05/11/21 around 10 pm. Young punjabi staff was awesome. Dude was in his zone and super polite. Followed all hygiene procedures between making different subs and super efficient with his tasks.
I had an urgent phone call while ordering my sub and he made whole sandwich with hand signals with me while, still being polite and recognised that i had an urgent call. I hope subway looks after their good employees.

If I wanted cold food I'd go to Iceland, I was pretty sure she didn't heat our food. I know I didn't check before I left, but I asked and she reissued me I definitely did, Its still in the oven. It can't be that hard when what you do is pretty much is prepared.
