40Uhm what happened to avocado toastie? ! Not how it looks in the photo! No sauce offered either lol what is this
I asked for veggie petty footlong a guy who was serving us looks tired but seems so rude to us. I just politely asked him to put proper cheese as per standard but cheese container was empty and he didn’t wanted to feel it back or what don’t know and I just request again him for cheese told me an extra even he didn’t go as per standard and then after even on all topping he go through like not interested on making our food. We are regular customer of subway and specially this one when we come here for shopping very regularly. So Disappointed by service.
Staff could do with some smiles and a bit more positivity while serving instead of ignoring customers trying to make small talk etc.
I got served by a young lady called caitlin on sunday.her service was excellent even though it was busy and i can imagine the stress, though she pushed through and was lovely.she deserves a raise or something
Got served by a young lady called Petria in my lunch break, she was so bubbly and friendly and I felt like my sandwich needs were really taken care of. The service was so quick and I left feeling so good at such a positive interaction, not to mention the food was delicious.
Bread was stale, staff didn’t fill up, not enough stuff inside the bread (salad), not happy

Two out of three subs made incorrectly. No attention to detail. Bread didn’t taste fresh. Many standard ingredients not available. We eat subway regularly, but this store is not at the normal subway standard.
After the assembled my sandwhtich without any gloves i requested they soke mie sandwhitch in Clorox Lye which they promptly refused. Luckily I brought my hip flask full of aldi draino which sufficed well.
Well the most silliest thing was the kids meal deal. Where they provided 4 inch sub. Instead of making special ordered bread they cut of a 12inch sub in half and then cut a little more throwing it in the bin. What a waste of food. Also the meal did not have any chicken in the deal. So stupid companies can be to come up with such amazingly awful deals.
Great service. I hadn't been to a Subway for ages and had a quick lunch.
The staff were great and i saw them handle a customer who had issues expressing them selves in a very calm and professional manner.
Not much had changed other than the ability to order online.
This is not the first time, I had two to three times with different subways very bad experiences about quality but from today's it is completely stop to eat anything from Subway.
I havn't had a subway in years ate it when I got home food coma! Lovey girl served me thanks for the beetroot yummy:)
“FOLKS BE AWARE” - If I could give them zero star, I would give them… Go to this place if you want the worst subway in southern hemisphere. The whole chain of people serving are useless, busy taking your money with no service, no proper communication, no customer experience and worst ever subway…. Never returning here….
I went to order only to be informed that they had no bread. In the middle of the school holidays with a major state tournament going on 2 minutes down the road. At lunchtime. Seriously? They make their own bread.
Sometimes staff here is very rude. They do not even change gloves in after touching the meet and vegetarian subs.
The most dumbest and dopiest staff ever. 3 people in queue, which takes them their entire brainpower to try and do. My order: meatball pot for a toddler. Takes them about 10-15mins to organise this with 6 people on. Walking around, randomly doing other things, chatting, avoiding eye contact, customers, etc. Being absolutely useless. Fire the lot of them.
Went to subway today and the experience was great. Great service and staff, our table was clean and the food was delicious. All round great place for lunch, highly recommend.
It's subway. What more do you need to know? The staff were quick, efficient and friendly. It was fairly busy on the day but I was served quickly. Recommended.
