Subway Restaurant

Ordered a southern chicken mega box and had the wrong drink, was missing the chicken pieces and didn’t receive the extra cheese I paid for. Dinner ruined.

This is the only subway that I have seen that has overcooked cookies. Everytime. Everywhere else I have never seen it.

I thought the bread was baked fresh daily? Old and crumbly…. Terrible stale wheat footlong

I had to order a footlong and I waited at the counter for like 15 mins and I just get an answer from the person in charge saying that it may not take time. The customer service was very poor. Other than that I have had one more experience saying that we are out of material such as bread and veggies so we can't take you order in. I mean Subway being such a great brand, I don't understand how is this quality gonna make them save their brand values. No customer service, no materials. It has been a very bad experience and if there would have been an option of a zero star, I would have opted for it.

I purchase my lunch at this Subway at least twice a week. There's usually a 20%-ish chance that the drinks machine will not be working, and frankly the post-mix is half the reason I get lunch here. I've been burnt too many times to get to the till only to find it's not working, and honestly an "out of order" sign would go a long way to curbing my disappointment except one is never erected.

Despite this, I will say that the staff are lovely; many know my regular order and they all do their best during busy periods.

We had to wait for subway staff to pause our order and build the ubereats order.
Staff member had music playing in ear which was annoying repeating the order 5 times
I think they should priorities a customer instead of their own people (Indian) as he was out in 2 mins and we were there for 25!

Usual well trained disengaged worker. Flavourless salad vege covered by the pickles & jalapenos.

This Subway has no standards. Early morning, ingredients should all be fresh. Instead I got stale bread, old lettuce, and schnitzel that seems to be taken from one of those godawful Coles bulk packs. Tasted totally different from what I usually get. Texture was awful. Couldn't finish it.

When is the last time the toilets were cleaned. There is dirt and grim built up on all surfaces and dust bunnies swept into every corner. Lucky I didnt get any food from here

I ask the guy to grill the sub and he start messing with me we can't do that and all but when I say i don't want without grill than he grill for me but not happy with service at all after he made a mess the customer service according to me is zer0?

I visited yesterday and I found that the girl on counter was very unprofessional. While making sandwich, all salt from box was fell over my sandwich and she even don’t bother to clean it up and I was served the extra salty sandwich. Even I told her to get the salt away but she didn’t bother and she was not having any customer service skills. Moreover I told her to put some chilli flakes but she put black pepper instead.

The woman didn't listen when I asked for just a little blue cheese sauce and proceeded to drown my sub in 4 full squeezes of blue cheese back and forth so it was ruined and soggy when I went to eat it. I did ask for a little not alot so wasn't happy at all especially with the sorry smirk she gave me. She should of made a fresh one not a fresh smirk.

Expert service, fresh produce. Subway is getting a bit overpriced. Compare what you get by way of a $15 counter meal schnitzel to a foot long sandwich.

I think they need to train their new staff better in the art of making a subway before putting them on the frontline because the subways are often slap dash put together. Nice food though.

Refused to make me a half and half toastie. The only item I will eat from subway is a cheese and avo toastie. Yet the staff refuse the sell one to me even when I offered to pay extra. Every other store is nice and will just help me out but this particular store refused to serve me and have lost any further sales from me.
