21Absolutely trash. Cannot recall the name of the worker and to be honest wouldn’t benefit this review anyway as they all suck. Not good at making sandwiches and considering that’s their whole job you’d think they’d at least be somewhat decent. Very unimpressed. Xxx

Slowest subway you'll see, the workers can't multi task and it genuinely takes a good 15 minutes to get served.
One time I was lining up for 20 minutes and walked out, there was only 2 people in front of me
Argue with me about multi grain, O said I was diabetic. Need seed bread. Gave my whole meal. Argue same it isn't.
Then another staff argue with me.
Then got the coffee wrong and argue I said no sugar diabetes.
Then mask fell off at exit as leaving and told off at door for mask on floo. I said I'm out side. OMG never again

Went in today for a meatball sub was greeted by a young handsome blonde haired man with a smile that could light up the room, who later I found out was the manager. Excellent customer service and food was perfectly made. Was complimented with the "special sauce" and boy did I gobble up every last drip. MMMMM
Was ok could have been cleaner. 2 staff manning the counter the young lass was lovely very thorough but the lad could have been trained better gave us only a fork to eat a salad with whole tomato and beetroot slices and didn't even offer serviettes.
Went to store on Monday evening. Store was pretty busy but got impressed by the excellent customer service experience provided by the staff named Khushneet. She made a perfect sandwich and was very professional in approach. Highly recommended sandwiche artist.
Khushi gave me the best customer service ever, had a great friendly chat about politics, then she made me the greatest subway sandwich I have ever had in my entire life
Sandwiches were good but felt badly for the young girl serving as she was on her own and it was very busy - a long queue plus Uber Eats orders. I'm sure Subway can afford to have two staff members working at a time. Disappointing.
Staff will be out the back chopping etc and won't even come out to help during peak periods leaving people waiting with a queue. No sense of urgency when there is a line of 5+ people. Subway is what Subway is, food is all prepacked for the most part, delivered in a bag, taste doesn't really vary from place to play, is what it is.
Great atmosphere. Great staff. Delicious food. Nice seating area. One of the better subway chains I've been to.
One of the worst server. Really bad attitude.
The fact the the server was wearing airpods while taking the order and made us wait 10 minutes so that he could clear his accounts.

One of the worst experience I have seen in adelaide the person who handled doesn't even wear gloves and he added dry tomatoes by hand arrogant attitude if I ask drink on side he just replies me back first look the price then say what does he mean am I not eligible to purchase or don't buy it here i don't even had a second thought to dump it in bin i highly recommended dont try to grab ur food even when you are hungry
This was the worse made sandwich i have ever had there was more carrot then bread and half a bottle of mayo on it
Worst experiance in this subway. Especially because of the service from the staff. Not happy only because of the service.
