Subway Restaurant

There was a server that give generously which saves me asking for more continuously because they're skimping out on the salads.

Can't remember the last time I had a good experience at this Subway. One time I chipped half my molar tooth off, from something in my wrap. The most recent time I went, the wrap was so stale I don't know how it wasn't mouldy, it literally felt like cardboard and split in multiple places instantly. I also got a cheesy garlic bread and lifted the lid, and all the ingredients were stuck to the lid. I'm not normally one to complain, but lately the food from here has been deplorable.

First and last time i use this drive thru ordered seafood sensation but when i got home sat down to enjoy my lunch only to find they put tuna in it. I had also ordered it with lettuce but that was missing. Best part is they repeat what you order but still cant get it right.

It is a good stop on your way to work or travel to fill up your car and your tummy. I am visiting this store for a while now and have no issues love the service.

Worst service provided by night staff. Visited 8 Jan 2023.10.20 pm. Dont have basic manners on how to deal with customers.

Please check your food safety procedures in store.

Nearly broke a tooth halfway into eating my meatball sub. Halfway through my meal.the Meatballs were extremely hard - even had a hard time cutting through with a kitchen knife.

Meatballs were rock hard, dried out. God knows how long they’d been sitting there.
I have not been feeling well since eating the first part of my sub and reaching those. I didn’t eat the rest since obviously.
Making me question the freshness of the meat I already ate… hoping not food poisoning related.

Will avoid this location.
I have always had good experiences at Modbury instead. But don’t think I will ever return to another Subway after this experience.

Tried this subway on the way home for the first time.
Fast efficient service nice clean healthy and hassle free.

The staff here in the evenings are great I call in every night on my way to work and they are always happy smiling polite an absolute pleasure to be served by.

Purchased three products (one of them C coffee) the two Subway toasted products were the same, when received and driven away I opened the first one to find it was incorrectly made but nice and hot so I ate it. The second one was also incorrectly made and basically cold, unfinished and unpleasant. I took it back the next night to show them - yes of course it was well cold by then but clearly not correctly made which was the point I wanted to make. I wont be going back to this Subway anytime soon as this was third strike - you're out.

They don't follow directions and just make you what ever they want. Everytime I've ordered through uber eats it's wrong because there is no care at all.then when you try and call there phone always busy. Don't waiste your money here and drive on to the next or order from the next one as this store will rip you off by taking your money and giving you what they want.

5 stars to one of the staff members Ali. Over the past few months I have regularly gone through the drive through at this subway on my way to work for a coffee and wrap and every time I have been served by Ali he has always been polite and friendly. He has even taken the time to learn my name and remembers how I like my coffee and wrap order. Fantastic customer service Ali!

No bread at 5: 30pm. Pretty poor effort plus bad and rude service. Keep driving till the next subway don't waste your time

Ordered in drive thru had trouble hearing with the speaker box was so quiet I had to turn my car off. Then couldn't hear over the traffic on mnr.

Had to go to the window to be able to order. Food was good.

The attendant (I won’t post her name but she has purple hairs) was so rude to me and my friend. We were there to get subs and toastie but her behaviour was quite rude towards us. First she passed some racist comments without knowing a thing or two and when we were (me and my friend) were deciding whether to split or what, she interrupted and said be quick I don’t have time for all this. Bruh, hold the attitude. We were still polite towards her, while preparing our order she even said like she have a big Uber order to prepare and she needs to go toilet, it wasn’t that busy even and the sub she made was a rip off. I want authority to pay attention towards their staff’S behaviour.

Ordered 2 footlong bacon and egg sub this morning for me and my mate, and bit into the most disappointing sandwich of my life. The bacon was raw and the eggs were cold. This was on both sandwiches. I will no longer be going back.such a waste of money, and it's disgusting.

Prices have gone up considerably, no longer a cheaper alternative, and the rolls have shrunk, like everything else, paying nearly $14.00 for a standard footlong l, and then if you want extra, thats more to, will avoid going there from now on.

Worst subway ever,
First time I went there, they only had two type of breads, ordered a foot long veg and cucumber was bitter. Next time went there and they had no breads at all, were not even baking them for the morning. Don't even bother coming here. Complete waste of time.

No problems, I bought a foot long Chicken with the extras and had some left over for tea later on.

Super convenient for getting a sub at whatever time of day (it's open 24hrs same as the petrol station). Right next to lights so enables you to get straight back to either direction of main nth road as well!

I been to this subway excellent service
