Subway Restaurant reviews
17The Dude working there, didn't cut my sandwiches into star shaped pieces, and wouldn't add beetroot for free.
I had a great time at subway, the person who was serving me let me get everything I wanted on it and they were very nice
Always shortchanged on Mozza pot - only ever 5 meatballs.
Have shut 15mins early and refused service
Ordered via the app and arrived to be told that they’d run out of “some salads” so they “just gave what we had” with no explanation of what that included. Then without saying another word, the only staff member (who didn’t even say hi when we walked in) walked off into the back room while I was still trying to ask what he meant. Turns out I got two of six salads I ordered. Rubbish sandwich and rubbish service.
Worst subway in the world. Avoid at all costs. Disgusting health and cleaning standards. Couldn't pay me to eat here.
19.03.22 5.45pm Halfway through finishing subway, the 2 girls serving stopped to chat and flirt with some inebriated gentlemen. Masks hanging below noses, they had to be prompted 5 minutes later to finish the subways! Asked for 6 cookies, received 5 broken. Poorest customer service. Will not return.
Me and friend were assaulted by an adult customer in store for one of us not wearing a mask, staff did not help or asked him to leave after he grabbed me and screamed at me unprovoked.he ordered triple cheese as well.they also didn't have any meat balls which was unfortunate
The worst servo and subway especially, the rudest girl i have ever been served by, i walked out. My mate got a sub, average at best never again. Avoid if possible
Asked to put on a mask i never had, and then told i wouldnt be served. No exemption asked for. Never been to a subway where staff are so rude. Won't be back.
Very weird food that managed to jump out of my sandwich and onto the glass wall it really was a new experience. -Konrad
Poorly trained staff, they are in dire need of an experienced manager here. Needs a lot of work, pretty dissapointed in the conduct and professionalism of the staff here. Oh and be careful, unlike every other subway attached to a petrol station, you cant buy anything from the other fridges/isles.
I think that the staff need to be properly trained, the person handling my food was mumbling and wasn’t listening to instructions. When putting sauce on the subway she jus platted it everyone. She needs to be trained otherwise no one will buy subway from Stirling again. Finally the lady cut my bread before putting the ingredients on, when your meant to cut it once everyone has been put into the sub. I don’t recommend this place.
This is the second time I have come here after a longgg day working during "opening hours" super hungry for dinner and its closed again, if I knew it was closed I would have gotten something else on the way home, looks like its toast for dinner, thanks.
Went to Stirling Subway at 8: 20pm on a Tuesday night and was turned away as it was closed. Opening hours are stated on the web as open till 10pm. Not happy. Had a large order to place for a soccer club.
Just like all the others, clean, tidy, friendly service. The Subway formula is getting a bit tired nowadays, and something new needed. Also processed meats need to be replaced with the real thing.
The first time I went to the new store I was served by a rather young, very inexperienced employee and I think mine was the first sub they'd ever made. It was so overloaded that the bread broke but it was made so much worse by the fact that the bread wasn't exactly fresh. I'm not blaming the kid, I understand that it can take time to get good at making a sandwich but when you're working with less than fresh bread it's impossible. So I gave them a second chance and they totally redeemed themselves. Friendly and fast service, the bread was fresh and the sub was fine.
