Couldn't eat because they forgot to defrost gluten free wraps, server was rude will never go back and subway is one of the few places I know I can safely eat. Annoying

We had a long day in the road and we wanted something better than greasy food. The subway was as expected but the lady that served us was absolutely amazing! I have been to subways in the USA and Australia, and she was hands down the kindest person that we have met. She was so good to our kids. She was so accomodating, friendly and outgoing, and she was constantly smiling. The subway tasted better because of the experience.

The manager doesn't attend the customer properly. He was so rude at attending the customers. He doesn't even finishes the order. Racist in attending customers. Didn't pack the sub's separately.

They should put more people on the line, especially during long weekends. The place was packed and only two poor kids working the line. Bit unhygienic with lots of flies buzzing around. Not fault of the workers, they are full on. Management should do more.

Completely unhigenic. Goes out back with the same filthy gloves and then comes back to make sandwiches. Gross place

If you see redhead working behi d the counter at subway run as fast as you can. Extremely rude, ordered two footlongs with meatballs didn't had enough meatballs left in tub so decided to distribute equally and put 5 on each instead of 8. Bread was stale and dry. Very slow service. Keep driving there are plenty of good food joints around.

No tomato available, no Italian herb bread available, slow service, staff seem disinterested and more concerned with completing closing tasks then serving customers. Team member on register had difficulty processing transactions leading to delay. All tables in dining area dirty

Worst and slowest subway of the Australia. The lady at the counter was very rude. She didn’t even wrap my sub properly and my bread was overcooked. Waited 35 in the queue for my turn and been very disappointed with professionalism. I wish I could give them 0 stars if possible.

My daughter was given a wrap with mould spots on it the manager was very rude about it never apologised. The counter is filthy if I could give this business 0 stars i would.

Dirty Toilets, verry preparation at Subway's, would not stop there again. Sandwitches are not 6" at all.

By far the slowest subway in South Australia. If you would like to spend 30 minutes of your day waiting in line to get served whilst there were 2 girls working (verrryyyy slowly) and their team leader who needs to learn how to smile was just standing there watching them work with her arms crossed not helping at all when there was a line of about 8 or so people.

Bordertown Subway should consider re-training their staff on customer service and prioritise the line of customers to reduce the incredibly slow wait time.
