Subway Restaurant

Asked me if I wanted cheddar cheese as if it was a yes no question rather than a "what cheese would you like? " question. Clearly shepherding me towards the ched. Didn't ask if I wanted it toasted and by then I was already up to the salad phase and too shy to ask for it toasted. Other than that, it was pretty good.

OOOMMGGGGGGG, i got served by a young man named Brooklyn and he had red hair. His customer service was IINNSSAANEEEEE and i suggest he gets a pay raise or even some more shifts. He deserves greatness that wonderful young man

Was incredibly impressed by the customer service of the young fella serving us. (Brookyln was his name) Nothing was too difficult for him. 5 star service

While it's great this subway is here, it really isn't up to subways usual standards. The salads were not being looked after, there was a lot of mixing of ingredients, particularly grated cheese everywhere. The tomato slices were sitting in a centimetre of water, and the prep bench was just scattered with bits of salad that were not being tidied between sandwiches. BUT in a massive positive, they had a post mix drinks dispenser, which I haven't seen since covid. Extra star for that!

This place is lovely great service, amazing food and the most lovely people i would give infinite stars if i could!

Subway is good, but OMG it's just getting too expensive

And they almost never have any special offers on that unless Subway App, it's hardly worth having it on your phone.

But the food is usually pretty good I'll give them 4 stars for that (drop one for the price) : - (

My subway dismantled and unwrapped itself after putting it in the car. They need to train their staff. Price was different on screen and on checkout, even without add-ons. Disgraceful staff who look like they regret working there.

Horrible customer service from the girl that served me.felt very unwelcome, did not listen and was overall rude.if you don't like your job.quit

Have always loved Subway but i have never see a subway so dirty as the Kadina was food all over the counters and benches and other pieces of food in other food containers. Was a young boy that served us with no communication skills to the point of being rude.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Staff with rude attitude and even charged for wrong subway.

Went to subway kadina last night to pick dinner up for the family. Went in the store and got drinks and the young girl behind the counter was staring at us, when we got to the counter she says to us 'are you going to order food aswell or is that it'. No hello or anything, very sour faced looking girl.
I told her we ordered online for pick up, paid for the drinks in cash, she pretty much threw the coins at me then walked into the back.

Won't be going back in a rush.

I came into subway today to get my usual sub with double cheese, I was so excited. A girl named Matilda served me and it all went down hill from there. Asked for double cheese 3 times and still didn’t get it. Overall the sub tasted extremely average. Not calm!

I went in to subway feeling very down because my girlfriend broke up with me and wanted to get a subway to cheer me up. But oh boy was I wrong, a girl named matilda was very rude so me and didn’t even have garlic aoli sauce for me. Her customer service is as bad as her subs

The people there are quite young and look like they don't know what what there doing good is alright but not the best

It’ll be nice if Sunday evening staff could learn how to talk to their customers if they don’t know it’s closed, I didn’t realise it was closed, the door was open. I respected that and walked out nicely but one of the staff members said something really rude and was still eye balling us till we sat in our car. Learn some manners and customer service, it’s not lot to ask at all!

Great food great fast service. Bring back the Seafood Sub. Great to see they took notice and the magnificent seafood sub is back.

Have mixed feelings about this place. They need to put more staff on sometimes. Definitely not enough. The staff are nice but sometimes we pay for extras in our subs when we order online and they forget it. It's not a massive deal but it's frustrating that we need to pay extra and don't get anything.

Kadina subway has become the laziest store we have been to. Asking for them to change their gloves after making multiple different people's sandwichs and asking to clean the knife as my daughter has severe allergies and they got agitated by such a simple request of hygiene. Then with a line up out the door staff we just standing around with one person doing any work. Won't be going back.

I was being served by this young lady and she was new. She was doing alright, she could listen and she asked the right questions. Her manager butted in on the job, probably to hurry thing up and I kind of felt disappointed with what the manager did to my sandwidge. I wish people would let the new girl develop a sense of confidence in what they have to do. Don't push the new girl around. Let her make the sandwidge. It's just a sandwidge after all.

Normally.dont have a issue but today I order and steak sub like normal then when I get home realise it's only got cheese on it not happy $8.95 for cheese
