Subway

They're open until 9pm but when I come here at 7: 30 there's usually nowhere for me to sit as they block off most of the seating to mop and then leave only a few seats open. The outside tables are all wobbly. Great time saver but annoying for the customer.

Been here a couple of times, today was even better than usual. I was welcome and served by this girl named Hannah. She was super friendly and fast. Couldn’t give her a higher rating:)

It was my first experience with this subway today, very bad, staff was so rude and even the ingredients doesn’t look fresh. Total wastage of money

Worst Service by girl named "Vanshi" having no common sense If anyone is going and this girl is there, be ready to face a weird attitude and arrogant behavior where other staff are cooperating and good. (Bad fish in water)

Jack, I believe his name is, young man with the tied back Afro hair is the employee of the month hands down. Great customer service. Love him to bits. Will be coming back!

Missing avocado and cheese but refused to refund for it, the meat was just tiny little bit, does not worth the price, will never order again

Unprofessional staff. Went in at 9am. Calbey or calabey (not too sure with spelling) was the name of the guy serving us. He was very rude may be they have starting baking there bread's that time or doing prep. Manager should look into how to train staff and teach them to be polite. The guy was very angry for no reason when asked for adding salt/pepper. If Manager doesn't take any action or make plan to train staff I reckon Manager is also one of them. Also, head office in QLD should consider to look on this store with there behaviour with customers. Looking forward for contact details of field consultant or area manager for this store.

I came today around 6.15pm to have a subway chicken teriyaki footlong, I didn't order any extras in my foot long just asked for normal veggies and asked for refillable drink (asked if they are refillable? They said due to covid it's not refillable) so I said make it small cup drink. Usually the totally would come $10.75+$1= $11.75 but they charged me $14.60? I called the store around 9.30pm today to ask for prices they gave a clumsy explanation on drink prices, they said only OTR has $1 Small drink. It's not about I paid extra $2 but I felt like I was being cheated. Anyway not coming here again if the prices are so expensive compared to OTR subways. Also what refill drink has anything to do with Covid? If so why are letting customers to have a drink from that machine and give them drink by themselves? Or they could just say due to covid we only sell bottle or can drinks! Really pathetic explanation.

Did I mention the staff was rude over the phone? Also tables weren't cleaned! Worst costumer service and ripping people off!

Loving the amazing subway I am having at Hindly Street haven't had Subway for so long really impressed the staff are fantastic thank you so much

Service could be better. Assume make is manager there, could do with people skills. Every time we're at the TTP store, service is always the same. Meal in general is wholesome

I was eating my food which I was enjoying when I saw an asian boy order his food and get to the check out.when it came to paying, the boy struggled to count the money and the lady serving him kindly asked if he’d like help counting it, and helped him with his change, notes, etc.absolutely heart warming service and really believe that the employee’s (and that girl specifically) do a great job!

Same old subway that was there years ago. May have new people working in it but it's still the same sandwich which is what you want.

Place smelt horrible whilst i was ordering. Had no name tags for me to identify who they were. With 4 of them all making orders it was too rushed for me to handle ordering. After i ordered they gave me the wrong cookie. I went up to ask if i could get it changed amd they tried making me buy a new one and then had a disgusted and angry look when i made them change it. Then they proceeded to look at me and then talk to their work mates out back. Never coming back here. P. S the cookies are way too thin

Whilst the quality of the food for the price is worth it, this location's staff has some kind of hair problem. Ive eaten here on two separate occasions in the past fortnight and have found strands of hair in my sub each time.

A conveniently located Subway on Hindley Street in Adelaide's City West. A popular takeaway restaurant for the locals. Staff are always friendly even when the restaurant is very busy (which is quite often).
