Impressive handling skills

If I could give a lower rating I would. Ordered a click and collect on the app, went to pick it up and they were packing it up. Absolutely no one else in the store, got home and the order was completely wrong, both subs not on the correct bread, incorrect sauces, wrong salads. The receipt was right next to her when making them, I don't understand how the subs could be so wrong.
Won't be going back there.
Order a foot long sub of tuna. And omg. It was over load of the tuna it’s look so messy and wasn’t wrap correctly never getting subway from there again
Stale bread, dry/very average salad, poorly made! Becoming the standard at subway Hackham, gave them a few chances and constantly disappointed!
Disgusting service!
Order was wrong via Menulog, driver returned order. I called the store to let them know order was incorrect and was told that there are no managers at the store, they are closing and can't do anything about it before being hung up on.
Got an uber delivery from here, I don't know who made it but they must have a serious sauce addiction. Both my wrap and toastie had sauce ozzing out of everywhere, it was disgusting. Didn't finish either of them, it was like just eating a bottle of sauce, couldn't taste anything else, so gross.
Sub wasn’t made properly. Was wrapped extremely poorly, I had to re-assemble before eating as I couldn’t hold it and topping was left in the wrapper.

Hackham subway have the nicest staff, and really know their job. Made a recommendation on what to put on my steak and cheese. Very helpful.
Girls were amazing, they saw a car damage mine, and they took down the plate number and gave it to me! Yay!
After trying subway a couple of times, and finding it a very daunting experience at lunch time rush, I actually walked out of one vowing to never return.and for many years I didn't. Recently I tried subway hackham and am now a return customer.food is great (and healthy), staff are friendly and if you are a subway newbie they walk you through and recommend the best combination, no pressure. Highly recommended this store
Walked in there for a interview and she was very rude to my boyfriend that was just walking me there, and she told him to leave, i worked there for less then a week was doing alright but then got fired out of no where
I am never going back to this Subway! Im dissapointed that I spent my money here. The service I had by an older lady (maybe the owner or manager) was very pushy and impatient with taking my boyfriend and i’s order. I was asked 3 times in within a 1 minute period if I was ready to order. And was constantly asked “anything else” nothing more annoying.
Called up with an issue in regards to a sub (ended up violently ill overnight) was told no one else had any complaints and that food poisoning can only occur several hours after consumption. Usually good service but wow.
In order to be taken seriously, I was told to go see a doctor and call her up with the results. Charming.
Normaly a lovely store but the last few times i have been there ive noticed that there are a few new trainees that are doing an amazing job! But the older woman who is training them. " Must be the manager or owner" really needs a lesson on how to train people the way she speaks to her staff in front of customers is discusting and i feel extreemly embarrassed for them.and at the same time she dosnt even acknowledge the customer standing there.just talks over the convocation you are having and buts in.very unprofessional
