Staff member with gloves on uses the till then proceeds to make another order without changing gloves ewhhh I walked out

I've been a loyal customer at this Subway branch for over a year now, ever since I started my new job in the area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, and they've never failed to exceed my expectations. The day shift manager deserves a special mention for their outstanding service.
I'm quite particular about my food, and I often have specific instructions. However, the staff here always listens patiently and prepares my sandwich exactly as I like it. The ingredients are consistently fresh and delicious. This Subway branch has truly become my go-to place for a satisfying meal. I highly recommend it!

I received really wonderful customer service over the Easter long weekend. I returned on Tuesday morning as the food was so good and asked kindly for the young lady to make me a really good roll! With a smile on her face she made the best sub for me and I really enjoyed it! Definitely made with love at this place. Thanks team

Chose the seafood sensation with heaps of jalopenos and it was lovely. Just wish they added a touch more seafood. Great friendly service

Unfortunately this food made my sister and I sick, which I have never experienced at subway before. The girls didn’t look really happy to be working or serving either. Really bums me but after reading reviews and seeing others had similar issues I thought I would report as well and hope something can change: (

As I walked in I asked for a toastie not knowing it was called a jaffer, the lady must have misheard me because she started making a footlong. After I told her she throws the cheese and the tomatoes off everywhere and yells at me saying it was called a jaffer. As she kept making my food she purposely burnt my jaffer and proceeds to throw the cookies I ordered at me. After I left I cried for about 10 minutes. I’ve never been treated like that by someone

Sub had cabbage mixed with the lettuce I was not told this and has asked for lettuce. The staff were not friendly and the atmosphere was hostile.

Love subway but wen they first were open the rolls were beautiful crunchy on outside and Soooo soft inside. A real Baggett, now they r soft.and I don't like that they use silicone to cook the bread in. Otherwise nice rolls

Sadly I have to give 1 star to write this review.
But I definitely wouldn't recommend this subway location. We ordered (Uber Eats) and when it was delivered we only got 1 roll out of the 5 that was ordered (the bag was unopened). We called 20 minutes before closing time and was told there was nothing they could do and told us to call the Uber Eats company. Uber Eats was helpful but sadly we didn't get to eat tonight as we spend the last of out money to get food we didn't end up getting. Quick to take your money but definitely don't want to help resolve the issue.

I decided to remove my last comment here. Poor customer service from a dealer cannot be enough to evaluate the store as a whole. Maybe it was just a bad day when he was in a bad mood. As an incentive, I leave a higher rating considering the rest of polite staff.
