10 A small subway located inside an OTR service station. The subs are a good as any subway. Service was good and fast.
My only complaint is you can’t use your Subway card for collecting points. You have to use an OTR app (which I don’t have).
Most of the staff are friendly and polite! And this is probably the only 24hr eatery in whyalla!
One of the staff member made a discriminatory comment.
Was resist, rude and untrained staff.
The lack of experience in this store is rather telling, ironic seeing they have the average age of about 50. Twice now I have been overcharged because one of your staff members doesn't know how to put through a meal deal properly. Train your staff or hire younger people that know how to use a computer!
Enough with the sly comments just do your job I don't need the running commentary. Not at all interested in what you have to say 2 of the staff should never be a representative of subway so rude is a understatement. I will pull you up on it every time I come in. Looking back on the reviews I see with the certain people im writing about im not the only one it's time to go.
Don’t have a drive through service if no form of payment can be made in a drive through service at the drive through window.
I have very bad experience with subway on 25/12/2021 at around 4: 00 pm there was a old lady who made my subway she was very rude towards me while making my order ready I think her behaviour was rude maybe because of my nationality she was kind of racist person she don't value the money which i spent on my food she ruined my Christmas day.
Food is good no complaints there, just annoying when the staff are always more interested in what's walking in the door, the service here needs improvements.
Not really hard to make a sandwich, these guys do a great job. Clean store with friendly staff.
My family and i purchased a meal at 6pm on the 6-3 2021 and the staff were very rude as my daugter got a pizza suub but she did not want the hot salami
and stated this the 2 female staff were to busy talking amonst themselves to notice my daughters request And my partner ordered a seafood sub and there wasnt emough topping so he asked for a little more they added 1 scoop and him an extra $2 and that was the price for double the meat. How rude
