30Have ordered twice from walkerville store and both times have stuffed up the order when contacted they didn’t want to know about it. Lesson learnt won’t order from them again
A great relaxing set up @ Walkerville. A nice coffee & subway & I'm ready to kick start my day in the right frame of mind.
Ordered through OTR app. Meatballs served cold and bread not toasted. Cheese not melted and salads thrown on Sub. Is it that hard to make sandwich properly? Very average Subway.
It took 2 guys behind the counter over 10 minutes to make 2 orders! Seriously no sense of urgency for the customer on the other side of the counter.
I’m not sure if you care about the quality of the sub anymore?
I order through uber eats and to took subway over 20 mins to make 1 foot long sub. What a disgrace. Never getting from here again. An they dont do Italian herb & chesse bread any more what the hell. That was the best seller.
The place isn’t very clean. The tables could definitely have some attention paid to them.
The sandwich I ordered was okay, just like most other Subway sandwiches.
The staff were friendly though.
I literally witnessed a staff put a big block of chedar on wet ham and put back the rest into the container. Contamination of the highest order! Some people dont eat pork. I confronted the staff about it and he literally denied it but was apologetic I think just to get rid of me. The guy does used the same gloves for all orders. All the staff do. This is contamination! This is reportable.
Ordered a subway in drive through, lady straightaway asked if i can wait for 5-10 minutes, to which i said yes i can wait. Then after 5 minutes, she started asking for what i want in very attitude way. No nice customer service experience at all. Somebody teach her what good customer dealing is.when tried to see her name while paying for the sub, so that i can write review she told her name jane. And she started arguing with me to not to write any negative review and i told her its not about wait time, still she continued to argue about what review i am going to put. That was very bad experience. And she holded up my subway for extended minutes untill she was finished her talking. And in the end aftet she ruined my visit to the subway she offerred a free subway to me. To which i drove away car. Very bad customer service.
Waited 29min just for my order to be taken today 1/11/21.11am
The worker there Fatima took the order but left the bread there and went off to take a drive through order. Never seen a subway so poorly managed.
Ordered a footlong meatball sub on Uber eats. Got 4 meatballs that were completely frozen, sub not toasted as requested and on different bread. Didn’t get the cookie flavours ordered.can’t believe the workers actually thought this was ok.this place should be closed down.

Poor service every time I come here. Waited for 10 minutes and no one served me so I left. Have seen it repeatedly understaffed when I’ve come here. Wouldn’t recommend.
As usual my order was wrong. This happens every time. I always think I will give them one more go but then am always dissapointmed.
The food was absolutely sensational and very reasonably priced.
The service was nothing to write much about and the store was a little dis-organised with piles of boxes making it hard to use the toilets.
Long wait time for service as there's only one employee who has to make food for customers in the restaurant and for drive through and UberEats delivery people. Understaffed. Why would I wait half an hour for a sandwich?
Who is responsible for the decision that one person is enough for this location? Come and watch the poor employee run around trying to fulfill the orders.
Two people were working there and I waited for ten minutes to be served and actually acknowledged, they ignored me for ten minutes while they were making bread and doing jobs that they could’ve done after serving me. Absolute horrible customer service, it was that bad that I actually went to the extent to write this review. Do not go here.
Last 2 visits at this subway the same sandwich artist (Indian guy - wasn't wearing a name tag) took no care in our orders both times. The first occasion he didn't heat up the chicken in the wrap and carelessly put it together once he had to make it again. Then today's experience again putting the order together quite messy and his attitude was clear he didn't want to be there.
Purchased a salad through the drive through on the way home (sleeping baby in car). Ordered it with classic chicken.
Tiny amount of lettuce, two pieces of tomato, two pieces of cucumber, 5 pieces of chicken and a bunch of onion. Was absolutely hangry after, but had a sleeping baby and nothing to eat in the house. $8.50 for the teeny tiniest salad I’ve ever eaten in my life.
So fresh, quiet nights are my favourite because they work hard to make it just the way you want
Nice new store, downside if you want Subway be prepared for a small line up. Depite the line up the service is slow slow slow. The other thing if you wish to pre order with a subway app, the store isnt even listed. So a double whamee -slow service and no Subway app if you are tech savy.
