42Had a wrap took it out and all the salads came out, salads weren't that fresh and bad service.
I am a regular customer visiting the store 3-4 times every week, this Saturday on 18th around 12 pm the girl was super rude not even acknowledging with a hi, was too lound, i am alergic to some meat she was touching everything with same gloves did not change gloves when serving next customer i told no for carrots and still put it making a weird face, i scan the app for extra rewards and when i told i want to scan the app totally ignored me, most of the staff work here is great but these 2 absolutely worst by far, this subway has lost its standards not coming back.
Always good to get a wholemeal roll toasted with a choice of meat and salad for an easy meal. Good food good service. They do it well in all stores.
This subway is the closest to my house and it constantly lets me down. I love subway but this one has got to be one of the worst. They rarely have meatballs, always forget to ask if I want my wrap grilled. The staff also seem down all the time when compared to staff at other subways. I love subway and I’m only posting this review so they can improve
Rude staff who were also an educated about the product range and dismissive when requesting items that they were out of stock on without explaining a reason why! Terrible customer service and a bad experience. Also the owner should be worried about poorly representing the subway brand and portion control!

I had mine toasted with Moz, onions, pickles and jalapeno. For the condiments I went classic ketchup and american mustard.
The guy that served me was a giga-chad. He told me exactly how he liked to eat his dogs, and I followed most of his tips. I give this hot dog and the guy who served me 5 out of 5 giga-chads.
Buy lunch here occasionally when travelling to Adelaide from the hills for appointments, so not a "regular". Lovely lady who runs the shop, remembers me and quite often what our usual order is.
Prepares Gluten free part of our order carefully, which is greatly appreciated.
I'm a regular at this subway well at least I was till today. The owner served me and I was badgered into paying more when I refused I received the smallest amount of salad I my sandwich. I will not be returning.

Basic training in hygiene 101 is required.
2 girls and 1 guy. ALL with long hair. The girls had theirs tied up. Great job girls
The guy who had long straight shoulder length hair didn't have his tied up.
He put plastic gloves on and then approached us to make our order We asked him to wear a hair net or tie his hair up first, he got visibly upset by this request from us.
He did go find a hair tie and loosely tied his hair up.
Once our order was made and pd for, he leaned on the counter and apologized to us for getting upset.
Once we had left the store and got into our car, we saw him then take his hair tie out and now his hair was messy loose again. He was standing right near the open salads pots.
Management need to take note of this. It's not acceptable around food.
Rude ol lady pointing to bread selection repeatedly using sign language not giving an opportunity to select what I want. Happened to me 3 times now. Either she thinks I cant speak English or just balant discrimination. Hurting the Subway brand. All the younger staff there are friendly though. Not going back again. I stay away from any place of discrimination,
Went to Subway at Glenunga today 30/04 at about 4.30pm and had the most rudest, abrupt, sour faced young staff member to deal with!
Unbelievable! Makes me wonder how she ever got her job or manages to keep it? Very very poor service and we really felt sorry for the other girl working with her! 1 star from me and my girls!
That would be a minus 5 from me, purchased a wholegrain wrap, after a few bites thinking it tasted bad, I then unwrapped the whole thing to find the wrap was moldy. Tried to ring the store but alas no answer not friggin impressed, never again shame I can't add a photo in this review
Really good staff. One of the better subways for sub construction and really generous with toppings.
The quantities of food given in this branch is half the quantities of salad given in all the other branches I ordered from!
Money wise, go to any other branch because they use half the quantities decided by subway which is in all other branches!

They will not permit you to dine in if it is less than 30 minutes before closing time. Not good customer service.
The staff are always friendly and polite. I have a special order so the staff listening to my request is important to me. Big star for these staff.
Paid for items on uber eats and non of the paid condiments i asked for were added and other i asked for like tomato and lettuce also wasnt added and coke was already unsealed on arrival from this subway and wasn't driver at all bag was taped across the top from store and also was given different cookies than wat was requested not very happy at all owner is full of excusses when contacting the store
