Subway

Among wi the times I've been to that store along with ordering through deliver services the food has always been incorrect or unsatisfactory. First off that store never accepts the order from deliver service, and when on the rare occasion they do accept the order is wrong.

One time my partners and I order from there and they got the salads mixed up and the complete wrong meats. It is shocking how bad that little subway is, almost never has any meats nor salads, along with the cucumber being soft and onions gave off a weird smell. The times I've order my salads were clearly not fresh as the lettuce drooped out the sides. The Subway is a joke and I would honestly never recommend this store to anyone.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I can deal with the fact that the salads have gone up in price but to be served half the amount I would usually get is not acceptable

I ordered a foot long Tuna. The service girl (her name is Harman) only dropped the tuna sauce twice, but it should be four balls according to the operation standard. I asked her why don't you use the special spoon but a knife, she said: it's easy to use. I highly doubt the store is real Subway or not.

Young girl working today was very rude to both myself and another customer. Leaving my food to burn and just standing talking to work partner. Not Happy

Busy at lunch hour. Public toilet was disappointing nothing to do with subway like a night club in there.
Other than that it's a great place to eat in.

OTR Subway, Pulteney St.

Quality of the food along with the attitude of some staff members has gone completely downhill. Late shift staff are often rude and completely over it, however, this is not my experience with small franchise stores where staff are lovely.
Complaint to Subway Australia and OTR went unanswered.

Avoid, unless starving.

I just had a subway at this place, I was pretty surprised with cleaness of the place as well as the service, surely my favourite subway in the city.

Uh, mm.im timM ONG i asked one of your employs the size of your sandwich's and they said 1 foot or 6 inch. I shed a soy tear and and asked if a 3 inch is good engough. They laughed and i showed them my sand wich and they pointed me towards the sushi shop. THere was a homelessd dog walking on the street and i followed it becuase hung- 'intrested' and i triped on my 9.5 yen football boots made my kids in my own sweet shop crafted. And i fell inside the dog and the dog ate my sandwich.enjoyed it see take that 'dumbway' a 3 inch sandwich is good engough.

Food was nice but got overcharged! (Got charged for large salad instead of small. Manager refunded difference.)

Took salad for my wife in a quiet night. The tall guy giving service gave all the salad very less and dropped a lot of salt in entire salad.

Ordered a meatball sub, took a bite and the meatballs were stone cold, almost as if they were frozen disgusting, how can you forget to heat them up

I get my lunch few times a week from there and I'm always welcomed with a smile. Lucy spreads the ingredients really nicely across the bread. It's a standard Subway-in-a-petrol-station, this time an OTR. Service is good: fast and friendly. Good seating too.

Super friendly staff here, probably one of the most consistent quality Subways I've been too. Even during lunch rush service is reasonably fast.

Plenty of seating too.

I work for subway and I know for a fact that a lot of the employees go the extra mile to put a smile on a customers face! Stores are cleaned well and im proud of my fellow subbers!

What can you say, yet another roll. By the way, 'sandwiches' are made using sliced bread in Australia, you guys make 'rolls'.

Knowing what to expect, it's decent food. Always short on some toppings but credit to the people behind counter, I know how hard it is to be nice when dealing with the urban fauna that visits this particular spot.

Hi, why not good service from last two weeks after midnight why you stop oven today i cam 2: 00am and same answer oven not working

Subway was extremely dirty. Employees don't wash their hands and the middle eastern guy who works in the morning has a dishonest way of charging extra for no reason.

Nice tasting subs. Also love the cookies. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Seating available in store. Can get quite busy.
