Dylan peters I am disabled man I have dementia dylan put me up and kicked me out the store and I couldn’t walk to my car

I had a very bad experience at the Rundle mall subway.

They forgot to add the vege patty to our order, which we understood was a mistake and mistakes happen, but when we went back to let then know the workers did not even try to understand what we were saying.

As my family spoke with them, I went around to the back of the store, where there was a female worker with brown hair who loudly said " Uh, I can't deal with all of this".
Overall, a very negative experience.

I ordered a foot long leg ham sandwich and as I recall they will put 4ish pieces ham into a footlong sandwich but I only got two so wondering if I get a 6” I’ll only get a piece of ham? Pretty disappointed hey

Food average compared to Subways standard and staff seemed to do bare minimum. Eating area was a mess but in a mall so not at fault

One of the girls who works there, very short hair and a nose piercing, probably shouldn’t work there as she clearly lacks to capacity to understand a basic instruction. Asked for 4 salads. Got 1. Asked for lots of Mayo and salt and pepper, got one silver of Mayo and no salt or pepper. It’s not difficult. Was forced to pay for it, I just immediately threw it out.

I had a footlong chicken and bacon ranch melt toasted with all the salads. Delicious. Plus cookies and an orange juice.

Rudest staff member in Adelaide. We know it’s been hard to secure staff, especially on the weekend but Please review your hiring policies. Perhaps only hire people that enjoy what they do and actually want to help customers instead of instigate arguments with them. Would give zero if I could ️

Terrible customer service, owner of the shop was extremely rude and obnoxious, and they didn't complete my order the way I requested. I would not recommend going to this subway, especially if your hoping to avoid rude owners and bad service.

I went hete to buy lunch for 6 fellas on a work site. Nice staff, thr blokes enjoyed their lunch

Compared with the subways I have been to, this one gets the lowest rating because of the lady who served me. She was quite terse and got annoyed with me because I wanted quite a lot of salads and was supposed to say "all but xxx" but I didn't remember all the salads they had on offer so I had to check to make sure I knew which ones I didn't want first and she wasn't happy with me not being quick with that. It tasted lovely though.

Some of their salads ingredient are of poor quality not fresh at all, not worth the price paid for. Together with Poor customer service. Not Recommended.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service people. They puts very little amount of toppings in your sanwich. Such as they are giving these from their pocket. Very very very bad customer service and sandwich quality is worse (little amount of sauce and toppings!). You better buy bread and meyo from coles and eat. Never ever recommend this place and the worse customer service people. Compared to other subway places this place gets a minus rating! DON'T EAT THERE! WASTE OF MONEY AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE.

Not great. Didn’t get the dollars worth. Everything was falling apart as soon as I started eating. I would suggest going to other subways nearby

Store owner is friendly, same with the staff.
Have had little to no hassle ordering subs at this store.
It's kinda set up as an island in the middle of a hustling food court. A place of tranquility, subs and good times.

The bread wasn't toasted well. Patty wasn't fully cooked, could feel the raw ingredients with each bite I took. The sandwich artist was quite stringent with the toppings and sauces compared to the other Subways that I've been to. Would prefer Subway at other locations!

Lovely attentive staff and awesome food! The guy with cool green piercing was super friendly and welcoming. He didn’t make me feel like a weirdo for wanting to use my own container and made the most amazing environmentally friendly and contact-free (smart and hygienic) takeaway salad for me! I really appreciated it and I will come back!

A friend and I got two subways each. Cucumbers taisted like batteries and it didn't taste that fresh. I recommend the Subway near the Myers center. Never had an issue there

This quality food was enough to satisfy the hunger I have always felt inside of me. Someday I shall tell my kids of this wonderful outlet.

One of the best Subways around. Run by a total professional team and staff that always greets you with a smile and professional service.

I go here often and love the food and service! Always plenty of places to sit and chat with friends while you eat!
