20 I order from another store most week days and never have any issues with my online order.
This is the 3rd time I've come to this store and my online order isn't ready and when I question them they say it hasn't come through ect.
I have now left after paying for a order I didn't get as I am now late for work and they still hadn't fixed it so now they have my money and I have no lunch.
My partner and I have been coming here fortnightly for a couple of years now as it is our local and (previously) reliable Subway. However, we have recently been appalled by the dismal service on more than one occasion. Several months ago, we were served by a young girl, Ayla. We assumed it was one of her first shifts (and jobs) given the quality of our subs and her lack of customer service skills, so we continued to come back. We have been served by both Ayla and another young girl, Lily, on mulitple visits now, and their attitudes indicate that they don’t want to be doing their jobs. They’re visibly moody, rude and appear to have little to no training when it comes to customer service.
This review took a lot of consideration to write, as I am not the type of person to complain or name and shame. I am in my mid twenties and remember all too well what it’s like to be a teenager working your first job, but have no recollection of it ever being okay to treat customers with such a poor attitude.
Ordered on the app so that it would all be ready when I get there, got here and not a single one of my subs were made, not a single customer in the store apart from me, very disappointed
Great customer service and always trying their best to priced great customer service, always letting the customers know when it may take a while!
The staff here make a really great sub. Much better than the outlets bolted onto other operations.
Ordered online, but it was not ready even after pickup time. The ladies were chatting and only started when I went there even it was not busy at that time.
The manager here tries to charge customers for adding salads to the sandwich. I ordered a BLT and asked to add an ingredient other than lettuce and tomato so he wanted to charge it as a veggie delight add bacon. He reluctantly agreed to charge the correct, advertised price but threatened to charge me extra next time. It goes without saying that there will not be a next time.
I went to dernacourt subway in South Australia. I asked for a $5 BLT sub. I was told I would HV to pay extra if I wanted 3 extra salads as I didn't want tomorrow on it also they charged me $6.25 for a pizza sub yet everywhere else it's $5.00 I know it's only a $1.25 cents but that's not the point. The staff just wanted to state the point saying the owner of this store charges more. So not going there again as they lied to me saying all subways HV put the pizza sub up in price. I rang another store they said the prices haven't changed and if I wanted extra salad on my BLT it isn't extra. It's not about the money it's the principal. Not going there again
Never have anything left after 6. Maybe bake some more bread? It happens all the time. Just went in and a couple walks in before me. And both staff members are making one of their rolls instead of serving the next customer. One of the worst subways In adelaide. And this is coming from a tradie that has been to alot of subway stores
The Lady working yesterday evening was rude and ignoring customers. Having terrible food can be excused but terrible customer service is a whole other thing. Never coming back there and I'd urge others to use other subways.
Order received with the carry bag open and the contents both incomplete and incorrect Read the order, double check - then send it off. If you’ve run out of stock, ask the manager what to do and if the order is incorrect - don’t send it off. Not really rocket science. Now I have to deal with a group of upset children 2 of which don’t have what they ordered and an additional 2 who don’t have anything at all.
Terrible customer service! Please save your money and go to other Subways!
This lady tonight served me burnt meatballs, including the cup itself which unfortunately i didn't notice at first, upon returning to the shop she ignored me completely until her collegue came to the rescue. Not okay!
Think the owners of this franchise must tell their employees off if they put too much on a sub! Used to get 2 pieces of ham on a 6 inch sub, just got served 1 thin piece! Won't be going back to Subway Dernancourt!
This place is amazing. The food is really cheap, but the ordering system could be improved. But apart from all of that, keep up the good service and food yummy and cheap subs

Got here 45min before close an couldn't get a toasted sub. Staff seem too keen to go home rather than just do their job. Avoid this one if you can
Only one staff member was on at lunchtime and he was filling out uber eats orders. He kept telling us that he 'wouldn't be a minute', yet we continued to wait. Finally another staff member came from out the back to help. When she did come, she served us quickly and pleasantly however, the lettuce was dry and quite brown.
In my opinion the staff here are excellent, and to a person like marcus or marius i cant remember, I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT GO BACK THERE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF
Midday at lunchtime. Long ques and one person serving. Poor management! But the young girl did a great job under pressure.
Literally the worst Subway I've ever been to. Have tried it several times and the food is thrown together carelessly, really makes for a terrible experience. Avoid.
