11 Wow shocking.
This franchise really needs someone from higher up to come have a look.really poor on all levels like everything.
Ordered a chicken classic, this was my first and last time ordering subway here. This was the driest most stale sandwich I’ve ever eaten. I’d be lucky not to get food poisoning
Worst subway in my life.girl working today 6pm was throwing cheese.no sauce.no salads.only one order still bad attitude for making sub for someone's dinner.
I have been here many times before and was ok with everything until today. Was very disappointed with the girl who served me. She needs to retrain in hygiene practices. Watching in disappointment all while she prepared three footlongs, she WIPED the bench, adjusted her APRON along her waist, CLEANED the handle of the bread storage, and even went behind the store twice to grab more cheese and tuna - presumably even HOLDING various of pots and tools - all done using the VERY SAME GLOVES from the moment I entered the store. What's more? She'd even finalised my payment with those very gloves, touching and pressing the cashier machine. (Wondering if the same gloves was used to serve the previous customer or even onto the next?)
Simply put, it's DISGUSTING enough for me not to come back to this store and definitely would NOT recommend any friends or family to come here.
Someone there working on the 15-8-21 at 5: 30pm seriously either needs some major retraining on how to make a sandwich presentable, manageable and properly wrapped or they should be told to fi d a new job, my sandwich was the worst ive every had, sloppy, couldnt pick it up without it falling to bits, was loosely made then wrapped, looked like it had been kicked arou d on the floor the carried here in someones back pocket.was the worst subway ever
Great place for something a little more fresher tasting. However the quality of your food is largely dependent on the sandwich hand making it.
Time to move to another subway! The times I’ve been in this subway, either they don’t have sweet chill or not enough or avocado and tonight the worst of all, both avocado and white bread! Very disappointed! Not to mention the chic who served last time washed hands for less than 3 seconds?
Thanks to severe understaffing and Uber orders taking preference over physically lining up I'll never return. Michael was doing his best, but to be second in line and still not served after 15 minutes is just not acceptable, what a joke!
Girl making my wrap was pretty skimpy with the ingredients, and it was almost completely broken apart before I could take a bite. Saw another guy getting a meatball footlong which looked pretty good tho (being made by a different worker). Gave me some serious food envy.
Partner for me a sub just before and it had a swished bug with blood around it on the wrapping. It looked like iT had been pressed with the wrapping. Disgusting. Very un hygienic

I felt really rushed to order faster, with no else waiting the chic serving could of helped me with the menu a little more instead of being impatient. Haven’t had subway in a while the menu has changed a lot.
