Called into Victor Harbor Subway today, best roll I've ever had. Made to perfection. Cheers.

We visited victor harbour saturday thought yo have subway, but customer service was very poor and the person making subway was very rude and seems like not interesting in making subway thrown everything on bread like she dnt want to make it sadly felt like had very bad attitude.please work on customer service

Was in the other week, this lovely lady made 2 beautiful subs.salads went right to the end of the bread perfectly.

Customer service is not good as the staff is rude. Spent near about $100 but food was not good enough. Would not recommend it to anyone. The dining area was filthy.

4 girls working tables dirty food on them window ledges look like they haven't been cleaned for months the whole place was dirty and for a place that serves food not hygienic at all. Maybe a visit from health inspectors would wake them up.

Awful customer service. Staff was very rude while taking order and showed totally disrespectful behaviour while customising our sub. The cookies were not baked properly and soggy, bought 12 of them coz we love subway cookies but this time we were very disappointed with soggy cookies looked like been dipped in water. We told staff about it but they rudely replied, ”this is how it meant to be”. So decided to leave all cookies with them.

Food is usual subway fare, no problems there, however this store is perpetuallly grotty. I doubt if the tables are wiped more than once a day and the windows been cleaned EVER.
The glass is totally filthy on both sides to the point you can't see out of some. Management obviously don't care at all. Easily the grubbiest chain outlet I have seen. If you think I am exaggerating, go take a look for yourself, only you will have to go inside because you won't be able to look through the windows. No excuses for this level of squalor.

Nothing was fresh in this subway, bread, Salad and they even don't have sauce that i have requested. I will not recommend subway Victor Harbour

Got what I wanted. Being a Subway novice l was served and educated efficiently. My meal was very enjoyable. I'll be back.

We ordered a platter for a birthday celebration. You can't go wrong with such delicious food The store was clean. The assistant so very friendly. She explained the process so well. Always worth s visit when food is yum.

Just a subway like the rest however the toasted subway was actually toasted Brown and crispy, in fact the best we have had and we use subway a bit when travelling

After thinking 6+ months; whether to review this place or not, finally I have came to terms with my inner soul to write a review for them and save other customers going to this place. Yes the owner is no good, the service was pathetic, food was just bread… we were 6 adults and 4 kids and each and everyone’s food was made by owner in the same way despite kids order being simple and different to adult…. Anyway GOD helps subway and such owners…. Worst subway experience of 2020…

The manager is rude and not very respectful to woman. I went in with 3 of my fiends and we spent over $60 and one of the salads we ordered was half empty and had the wrong meat in it, we kindly asked to have it changed and her bluntly said no and he had no interfered in providing good service.
Very disappointing!

Staff don’t have experience about how to make a subway and how to put veggies in it. Two girls were there today but lack of experience they have. They messed up veggies with bread. Very bad experience

Very friendly staff had a nice subway sandwich a nice place to visit and have something to eat before going over to granite island

It is a great store there subways are delicious and freshly made very filling worth the money. Great for parties as they do subway platters also I highly recommend the Victor Harbor subway.

I refuse to support any business belonging to the OTR group, they don't treat their workers well

We are talking about a tiny town with a pub and a few other shops the pub is fantastic and they make everyone welcome

Really good subway place! Staff were really friendly and lovely, was isnt usual for subway staff to be so nice and happy. Delicious falafel wrap with amazing ingredients, lovely and fresh. There is no pineapple but i didnt mind - i dont get pineapple. But there was avo, beetroot, eggs, and most other things. Cookies were fresh as anything and were delicious. Such a good subway!

The service was ok, a little bit rushed and weren't very generous with the salad and weren't wrapped properly, the garlic bread subways are nice
