25Paramedic here. Busy night came for a 2am sub. Served by brodie, super friendly and efficient. One of the most neat, well made subs I've ever had. Meat and toppings were generous. Made our night thanks mate!
Whoever just made my sandwich the meatball sub bowl and the chicken classic Italian herbs and cheese (1/1/2024 - 1: 45pm), this is the best subway meal I’ve ever had in my life. This person deserves a raise because to be working on new years and putting in effort to make a fantastic sandwich and salad bowl even the garlic bread was absolutely fantastic.

Today I was served by a assistant manager Amber, I wanted a sub and a toastie, she was so rude about it I felt I shouldn’t buy from there, she kept talking to her co worker, which didn’t give me a moment to ask for a toastie aswell, then she had the nerve to say “next time, tell me at the start” she was rough with my food, put a few specs of cheese on and shrugged me off. How could I tell her what I wanted while she was talking? I didnt want to be rude and interrupt her. I feel like every time I come here, the workers are very rude, and disrespectful. I think Subway needs to set boundaries and review their workers behaviour, because the amount of rudeness and disrespect I’ve had from this store, including lots of other views stating that this store has disgusting customer service, I’m not the only one! I will not visit OTR subways again!
Customer service is horrible! The lady made me feel guilty just for wanting a sub! She seemed mad that she actually had to do her job! Was really passive aggressive. Don’t like your job lady? Then quit!
Might want to check your chicken schnitzel. It's got to be off or something, ordered last night and my partner has been throwing up all night and still this morning. Had a locum out to say he's got food poisoning. Not happy
Horrible lack of service, they serve people randomly no matter how long they have seen you waiting and they definitely seen I was waiting in a line with others, I waited 10 minutes behind a couple of people and watched them serve them when I was next to be served they just went to the other end of the counter and served someone who had just walked in the door and didn't have to wait AT ALL. So naturally I walked out hungary, disgusted and will never return. I also used to fuel up there as well at around $180 each time but due to the disgraceful D-grade treatment of this subway branch I refuse to pull into this location.
We ordered via Uber eats and recieved the completely wrong order and when we went in store Michelle had just started her shift and helped us so much by correcting our order even tho it wasn’t her fault
The food was good, the service Was friendly, the restaurant was a little small, it is in a servo. Very clean and tidy.
Customer service was worst. Employee was very rude to me. She didn’t prepared my order. And asked me to wait for 30 mins. I already paid for this order. God please give them make common sense how to talk to customer. Her name was Michaelle. The owner of the business please take care of that.

Thought I'd treat myself go all out and double the meat and cheese on my chicken teriyaki footling, as well as avo. I got none of these. Extremely poor quality and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to follow order notes and make a sandwich! Absolute waste of money!

Awesome polite staff and its the only otr i will go to for everything i need but i must say its the wonderful staff that make this place a pleasure to visit and good prices and staff are always up to date with changes and very informative.
The guy that served me was well presented very tidy extremely polite made me feel good and relaxed he was extremely efficient. Great place to get petrol and general groceries I'll definitely come back.
Same subway you get everywhere. Not bad, not great. Really friendly customer service from the lady with purple hair. Made a sleepy subway breakfast a lot better.
Despite being abused by customers every night when they turn the toaster off for cleaning, the staff remains friendly and fast. What do people expect? Of course the oven needs to take half an hour to cool down, be cleaned and heat back up again. It’s not exactly the newest technology. Do you want your food toasted in clean equipment or not? The nerve of some people. World doesn’t revolve around you ️
Will not be going there again. Got served by the assistant manager and I asked for a veggie patty and she gave me chicken! When i bit into it i could tell immediately it wasn't veggie. But seeing as I am back at work i can't go back so had to throw it away. Only gave 1 star because i had to but would have given none
So I went into subway to get foot long toasted tells me I cant the toaster is getting cleaned and needs half hour, when do u ever turn down customers what type of company you guys running, takes them half hour to clean an oven the size of a microwave wont be back to u guys again.

The girl working today (26/06/19 at 19: 00) was dreadful, took 15 minutes to get my sub made and then she charged me for double meat 3 times, ended up paying over $20 for a $8 sub with double meat. Absolutely terrible wouldn't recommend
