32 Part of OTR, so atmosphere is typical eat in at a servo, quite the time we were there.
Good service and quick preparation of our subs. Friendly staff, bvery clean and tidy throughout the store.
Wait at the time of my visit was not long and was served relatively quickly.
The staff member was friendly and efficient and compiled my order quickly.
All the menu items were available on hand and service area appeared clean and well maintained.
I like my cookies, i’ve tried many subways around the country for their cookies.i’ve decided that this subway has the best cookies i’ve ever had at a subway, they have never once let me down.i’ve enjoyed every single one.staff are friendly and the subs are pretty good, i’m usually just there for the cookies.
I'm not sure if the 1 staff member was new, but it took a long time to make 2 subs. We were also overcharged and had to go to the other counter to get the amount refunded. Other than that, the good was good. It's hard to mess up a subway
By far the worst subway “artist” I’ve ever had and the most slow painful experience ever. He should be sacked, lack of service and the I can’t be f…. Ed to be here attitude and all I wanted was some cookie. I feel sorry for the customers that were having an actual sandwich made for them! And the fact he couldn’t even rap and stick the sandwich together everytime without getting his gloves stuck to it, was unbearable.
The behaviour of girl was so rude and attitude problem don't know how to cut bread and put salad So much attitude she has. She don't even know how to wrap the subway. Don't want to come again
Worst subway ever. Small than usual, less portion, kitchen looks extremely messy. Don’t buy subway from here.
Got there and the bloke was too lazy to get more meatballs out, only put 7 on the footlong when it is supposed to have 8
The time previous to that I had the same thing but they gave me 5 meatballs and tried to charge me for a full priced one

The lad that served me is highly professional.prompt efficient and offered and let me know the offers in which I bought and saved.but won me as a regular customer and it's further away from the other subway closer to my home.
The staff took over 15 minutes to serve 1 customer.
Didn't wait for any food.
Went elsewhere.
This is our 2nd time going here, had the same staff member both time. He was unprofessional, and not willing to provide good customer service. He didn’t wear his name tag either time we we still don’t know his name to put in an official complaint.
Also some of the products were not in the sandwich unit and when we asked about them he would just say he was out of stock, when we could see some sitting on the back counters waiting to be prepared.
He also didn’t listen to what we asked many times, putting wrong cheese, meat, salads and sauces on our products, and when we asked if he could remake the sub he would complain and ask if we could deal with the sauce or say we should have told him the correct sauce first.
Would not recommend going here during the night, if a male with glasses is working.
Went to get a subway and came to take my order and noticed a massive blowfly buzzing around the meat and cheese. I pointed it out to the girl serving and she did nothing about it, didn’t even apologise and didn’t seem to worried. I walked off, wasn’t gonna eat here after seeing that. Good way to make someone sick!
Told the staff to do the toasting, first one was well burnt, second was not toasted even toasted well. Items in bread was just messed up and filled so filthy.
Had a worst experience among fast food restaurant.
Shocking food! Had food delivered and by the time it arrived it was cold. The footlong sub only had 3 meatballs on it, and half the salads on it were wrong. The wrap was so small it was hardly worth getting and tasted wrong. The only redeeming quality was the cookies, but its pretty difficult to get cookies wrong. I urge anyone thinking of eating here to reconsider and save yourself the disappointment.
Ordered Tuna sub, delivered veg sub, shocked to see after going home. Not interested to drive back and have a word.
Ordered a footling for delivery came not even cut and missing half the ingredients aswell as covered in sauce and salt was uneatable
This is a good subway staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. Everything was fresh as usual 10/10 subway

Its disgusting to wait for more than an hour just for a subway. Tremendous slow service, if you are hungry and want food, never order from this subway. I don’t blame the staffs as it was only one person working. Owners really need to get more people in their. Will not recommend anyone.
We went to this subway on the evening of the 27th of November 2021. We have been regulars of Subway for many years and always get salad bowls. The service we received was outstanding. The man serving was bright disposition and had a very positive, helpful attitude and made, by far, the best salad bowl we have ever had. Thanks so much, we will be back
